It's still raining and the bugs are outside and in the garden.

Hey yall. I think Texa has had enough rain 😂.. we here I'm Houston are over it!
Go ahead and send me yall bug 🐛 suggestions.. I already know yall are going to fuss at me.😂
Hi Helen! Have you ever tried Diatomaceous Earth? It's a natural food grade powder. I use it indoors and outdoors.
Hi Helen, all I can say is, “this YEAR!” Yes Mam, gardeners everywhere are having a time! In spite of it all, keep going. You are an inspiration 😊. Thanks as always for the garden update.
Happy Sunday friend ❤❤❤❤❤ you sent that weather here . The temperature is cooler but very gloomy.
Yes the bugs have been awful this year. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Helen! I haven't been outdoors since Monday. Since everything is now overrated I will go out tomorrow and see pest damage. A few starts squash, cucumbers and a tomatoe. I had already started beans and radishes but that's gone. I will get ready for fall. If think on it to long then I will be to late to get a decent harvest. Keep going Helen; H-Town Strong 💪
Looking good Sis. Steadfast and The Lord's Blessings! U got this! Love to the kidz...
Helen you are such a trooper. Adapting to changing conditions is essential…..I’m so proud that you are carrying on. You have really gotten your garden back together despite the issues.❤
We all have to adapt. Professional farmers are finding that changes have to be made.
Hi Helen! If we could get just a drop of rain here in North Texas😆 The bugs really are showing out this year. My little garden is on the struggle bus because of them.
Thanks for the update I’m in Georgia it’s rained every day 🤦🏾♀️ I like your hair also hang in there
Yes @helen , the bugs are eating up everything. 😢 But I keep trying .I have one green stalk . I'm adding more herb seeds. But I found a few of the the little orange ones with the black legs. 😢. ❤
I didn’t even know eggplant needed to be pollinated. Mine have just been growing. I guess I got lucky and the bees are taking care of it 🤷🏾♀️
Your garden still looks great even with all the rain. I love that you always just push through the obstacles and keep going. Thank for sharing!
I'm growing on my patio also.❤
I'm in Central Texas. I feel your pain with the bugs. We haven't received a lot of rain but it's certainly more than most years. I love your garden updates. You inspire me to keep going in my garden no matter what. I'm ready for my fall garden as well. Tired of this Texas heat.
Another great shorty video.. we are getting a lot of rain coastal ga too
Hello Helen! Yes temperatures are definitely different than last year. It’s raining a lot in Alabama.
Hi Helen, what’s going on with Ms. Peaches? Your garden is looking good!
Another great video friend. Just a FYI...you can eat the sweet potato leaves while the tubers are forming in the soil. The leaves are better than spinach 😋
Hello Helen we been getting a lot of rain as well
I’m in Georgia, and we had a lot of rainy days this summer.
Helen, those bugs are something else, and it seems like they're getting worse every year!
Hi Helen. Bugs and rain have been constant here in FL, and hornworms ate my black cherry tomato plants. I want to grow some of those Asian mustard greens, sounds delicious. Thanks for the update 😊
We could use more rain here in N Central Texas. We have more than usual but still not enough and now we're going into the 100+ temps. I just pulled a snail out of my greenstalk. Looks like it did damage to one of my strawberries I'm trying to get started. And my eggplant is eaten up with flea beetles.
Hi Helen 😊
Here in GA i am in the same raggedy boat with production
Here in VA. My problem has been the Japanese beetles. I broke down yesterday morning and sprayed the Sevin. I didn't see a Japanese beetles today. I'm ecstatic.
Hi Helen , do you have a link for the power seven? Thanks in advance.
😂😂😂we are in zone
The garden is looking good! The bugs are relentless this time of year in Florida but I’m enjoying the rain because it means I don’t have to water. I have sweet potatoes growing and I will be picking them next month and will drop more slips to try and get a second round. Even if the second round doesn’t produce I will be enjoying the leaves because they are tasty.
What kinds of meats do you eat?
