    Don't wait until you're stressing out to sing! One reason is because if you wait until you're stressed out to sing singing will be linked to stressful situations. Sing when you are happy, sing lullabies to yourself, sing songs of praise to whoever you believe God is. Sing songs of gratitude.

    I’m 66 and everyone always thinks I’m at least ten years younger. I have very little gray hair and few wrinkles. I remember when I was a child my mom watched a woman named Bonnie Pruden on tv who said that age doesn’t cause wrinkles, pain does. I think she was correct. Avoiding pain and it’s causes keeps you young. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for awhile. I can see the difference. If I can avoid all sweeteners especially artificial sweeteners, sugar, and high fructose corn syrup, I look and feel so much better.

    • @MariJane06
      @MariJane06 2 года назад

      When it comes to gray hair I have horrible genetics! My father told me he had a full head of grays by like 25. I started to get a FEW at like 17/18 which wasn't too bad until I turned 19. It wasnt the age as much as the waking up in the hospital to find out I had been in a coma because on our way home from a comedy show my bf at the time and I were rear-ended which killed him and completely fucked me up! So yeah, I have more grays now, its kind of funny though because its in streaks so it actually looks like I dyed it that way just not completely solid just a layer on top lol
      When my grandmother was dealing with cancer she only took radiation pills and my morher told me that they got rid of all of her gray hair!
      I'm 33 now and trying my best to take care of my skin, unfortunately I have a bunch of scars on my forehead and a few on my chin but I have done a lot with them so they are a LOT lighter now! THANK GOD, I was a little scary to look at for a while there. But I won't color my hair, don't like to put crap in it and I don't care enough to start it 🤷‍♀️
      Now all I have to do is pray that the physical pain part of my life is in the past and hopefully I can get a little break in the emotional pain part too! 🙏
      But I LOVE that, age doesn't cause wrinkles, pain does!

      Sorry to hear, I know how you feel unfortunately. My stepmother and father both died from cancer. She got it first and did the chemo and radiation then when she was good he got it and only did chemo. When he was good she got it again and was too weak, she was 5'7" and 76lbs for the last like 2/3 years of her life. Then like 6 months afta we lost her my dad died from a broken heart. They say it was cancer too but the cancer only came back because he was broken. I hate to say it but I'm actually surprised he lasted that long.
      My point was more to ask (you don't have to answer I'm just curious) what do you mean in less than a week? Did you guys not find out she had cancer till late and she was gone only a week after finding out she was sick?

And c-vitamin is the trigger of oxytocin and that is the trigger of orgasm. Orgasms open the energy center and it is good tip to masturbate before any treatments like massage session. Thank you so much for your videos Marisa! I cherish them and watch them often, almost every day. Your voice is so soothing and full of kindness. I am quite good at handling stress (I have been trained by live Enlighted Masters). As soon as something goes wrong, I bring myself in present moment. I watch the seen as if I am watching a drama. I don't allow my mind to attach any emotion to it. I give command to my mind to do the needful instead of telling me sad stories. There is no problem at the present moment. And present moment is all we have! During my training as a student pilot practicing crash landing, the first item in the checklist is to inhale-exhale as long as you can. Only a calm pilot will bring the aircraft on the ground successfully. Between inhalation and exhalation, stop breathing, elongate this space. The zone between inhalation and exhalation is called no-mind zone. Longer it we can make it, longer we live. There is a species of turtles that live 100+ years. They breathe four long breaths in a minute. We can mimic them.

I could go on and on about the health benefits of exercise and training. There are myriad. And it is also good for the mind and for sleep. I'm a big fan of yours David. As a personal trainer of 25 years I would caution recommending exercises that people can confuse with "good mornings" that people used to do in the '70's. You may get away with them. You may even have had instruction and know to look up throughout the movement to protect your back. Others will injure their backs and that injury can stay with some of them for decades.

They consists of unhealthy chemicals, are bad for the kidneys, and have a negative affect on anti-oxidant function (anti-oxidants are needed for anti-aging). I do not trust anything this guy has to say after he made those claims about diet sodas.

As in both are not good; I suspect that most people understand at this point that ideally we would not regularly consume sugary or diet soda.

    Marisa, there is somewhat of a way to reduce high stress such as you described, though I must admit I found it more terribly hysterically funny the more you added. Physiologically , your heart slows down when you exhale. It speeds up when you inhale, especially through the nose. Think of inhaling and then running when you are scared, and exhaling in relief when you sit or lie down. You can really slow down your heart, and therefore your stress , if you take a quick inhale, and then a really slow exhale through your mouth, and do it several times. Of course, if you need energy, like having to give a speech but had a terrible night sleeping, you can do long nasal inhales with quick, forceful exhales, and you will feel more alert, and lessen the stress about getting through it. So if you don't have time to meditate, which is better, this might get you through.

    You cannot wholly reverse aging-it's a normal part of life. However, you may be able to slow it down and help prevent age-related diseases by adopting a healthy lifestyle. That includes habits like eating a healthy diet, wearing sunscreen every day, and exercising. Especially for us women, we tend to look more stressed and weaker as we age. Everything appears to speed up in our perceptions as we get older. Your body needs all the help it can get. So, for me, I take Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (Vitruvin Nutrition 500mg) every morning with a protein drink and some Greek yogurt. It has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have mostly disappeared. I have lots of energy. My vision is better, aches and pain are almost gone, and my mental clarity is pretty well. At 75, that’s not shabby.

    The only thing I know to be true is that the mind / body connection is how to maintain good health as well as reversing the aging process. I have lived by this truth seeing that our cells are ALWAYS listening to our thoughts and words which create an emotion. We are emotional beings vs intellectual beings therefore our body MUST respond to our personal beliefs on any subject matter.
    What we say we are...so shall it be....period.
    I'm 57 and people think I'm 10 years younger. My energy is very high and truly have not slowed down compared to when I was 20 which my friends are always surprised to witness. I became a Mom at 30 and my second at 35 and most other Moms much younger could not keep up with my stamina so needless to say....
    Its ALWAYS about mind over "matter"
    Come up with a few affirmations that you say every single day or more than just once a day and I guarantee you will start to see the transformation in looking and feeling younger.
    My diet is a healthy diet of fruits, veggies, some meat and fish. I eat small but frequent meals and let go of sugar 15 years ago and switched to honey whenever I crave something sweet. Other than daily walking around the house, going up and down the stairs I go for nature walks 3 times a week.
    Reprogramming the subconscious mind is imperative to making the necessary changes of the way you think👌 Meditation, Hypnotherapy, and daily Affirmations are the way to a healthy, vibrant life!

    I was a miracle baby. I should have died at birth I weighed 1lb 2 oz . Jaundice and had yo have boos transfusions my mom was RH negative. The doctor said he has never seen a baby with the power to live than I. When I went home after spending 5 months in the hospital when I got home I didn’t get hungry or cry for food. My mom had to give me sugar drops every ten to fifteen minutes because I didn’t cry for hunger. Since I have never been hungry so I don’t eat. I too eat one meal a day abs it’s usually a salad with berries., fruit, nuts, dates blueberries spinach and Roman lettuce. With raspberry walnut dressing. I add avocado for protein and sometimes shrimp or chicken. You can live without eating three meals a day. Since I got older my metabolism has changed so my body is holding onto the weight I changed that by exercising it off, gardening or just walking out on my property. I too had hip problems. My benefit to get my hips moving is a vibration platform with weights. Doing squats while the machine is going I use 10 lb hand weights. I’ve never been able to cross my legs I sit on the floor with my calves the opposite direction. I have very long legs. I started doing the Japanese exercise repetitive hip movement there is a Chinese on tick toke. Climax is the key vibratos are the key it doesn’t wrap you up in a mind of the other your all alone in your own mind. It builds your endorphins. Relationships clash. So enjoy it alone. My grandparents lived until in there late 90’s . I feel in this day and age stressors are the pandemic issues I think many will die younger as we transition into to new world order. And last of all deplete negativity in your life . Don’t be around negative people. Find peace and god do good to others will bring good to you treat people the way you want to be treated. We die from bacteria probiotics abs enzymes. Vinegar is also key a tablespoon in the an and pm. Thank you for this video.

      One meal a day can easily supply enough grams of protean. The issue is not one meal a day but to keep the carbs down and easy on the snacks. Intermittent fasting works very well. The best way to calculate how much protein needs is to estimate one's lean weight(zero body fat) and divide pounds by 2. Even less protein for inactive people and more for very active. For inactive people perhaps 10% less than the calculation works out to.

    When he said eat less often, is that associated with eat less calories? In my case I eat in between 7:30am to 4pm, but I eat all the time during this time, it’s two meals plus all kinds of fillings like coffee snacks, is this considers eat less often?

    • @taoist32
      @taoist32 3 года назад

      If you are eating snacks between meals you are eating too much overall, and not enough during meals. Eating two meals a day is great, but eat more for each meal. Eating snacks means the digestive system needs more energy to break down those snacks. The purpose of eating two or even one meal a day is to let your digestive system take a rest. If you are constantly eating that won’t happen. As for calories, it depends on your goals. To lose fat eat less calories especially carbohydrates. To gain muscle and lean mass eat more fat and protein.

    Very informative... but people who say they don't want to live forever should still support this because you can always change your mind later but not if you're already dead. Longevity is our choice! If we want to sustain our health, we have to do something about it! This will start by knowing what supplies our body needs. Start by eating a balanced diet, quit vices, exercise regularly and take an NMN supplement. NMN by Vitruvin Nutrition 500mg per day. The goal should be to live longer while staying young and healthy. Sinclair believes that in the foreseeable future, it's possible for humans to live beyond 120 or even 150, without the frailty, diseases and disability we now associate with old age.
