I really like when you sing in your lower octave like the first half of the song. I don't hear it very often out of you, but it sounds so sweet and smooth! And then of course you kill it in the second half as well! You can definitely tell Jason Mraz is right up your alley! This and I'm Yours are easily your best covers!
You know when you hear someone sing a song with such feeling that it gives you goosebumps? Goosebumps achieved.

it depends of harmonizing the song,,,i prefer stramming the guitar as well when singing ,,not much in placking the guitar ,,coz i'm not so good in doing it but anyway she's good 😉
My favorite song, along with a beautiful voice, just I LOVE!
chords are: Verses- G,D,A Chorus-D, G, Bm, A. If you want it to sound like the Jason Mraz's radio version then capo on the 2nd fret. if you want it to sound like Alyssa's version then capo on 6th fret. her strumming is Down. Up, down, up, down and you continue with up, dwon, up, down for pretty much the whole song. Hopefully this helps some of you. If you need any clarifications I'll gladly reply.

alex vee I actually agree with this. It's sang beautifully and the voice is amazing but it's lacking some emotion. That can easily be fixed. Christina Grimmie's (RIP) cover showed tons of emotion for me
She has a really good voice, she needs to learn to channel heart and emotion in her songs. She has the voice to make it big, but she must learn how to use it, sing like your life depends on it. There are people who search You Tube looking for the next star. I would love for her to make it in the industry if that is what she wants.

I remember watching this video the day after it was released, it was my first time hearing Alyssa Bernal and this song. since that day this has been one of my favorite songs and i have watched this video numerous times in the past seven years... this video is what made me take an interest in the guitar and has helped me through a bunch of my struggles in life (ik im still young and my problems may be insignificant to others) so i want to say thanks to Alyssa (i also know that the chances of her ever knowing this comment existed is almost zero).
