I wouldn't be alive right now had I not. You got this man. It's rough in the beginning but it definitely over time gets a little easier. Get a good support system and get out of the area that reminds you. It will make it a little easier. 1% better every day. That's what I told myself. You just have to be 1% better today than yesterday. If that's all you can do and you keep going, you'll get where you want to be ❤️
