As an Uber Eats driver, this is really stupid on the driver's part. You're able to remove the tip up to an hour after delivery, and if you mark the food as not delivered, Uber will take the customer's side 100% of the time.

Mane I deliver for DoorDash so this even funnier to me. Anything for them five stars 😅
Man I used to deliver for Doordash until I got deactivated. I only got two "contract violations." One of them was from a customer who marked the food as not delivered after I parked in front of their house and hit the "delivered" button before I knocked on the door (which I shouldn't of done, but I figured it would only take one minute to walk to the door and I had 30 seconds until I was considered "late".. She opened the door and told me she marked it as not delivered "on accident.") and then the other one was a customer who just openly lied and said I didn't deliver his food. He messaged me cussing me out AFTER I delivered the food saying I "didn't place the food where he wanted it" (I placed it on a table next to his door. Apparently he wanted it on the ground in front of his door) he got so angry that he marked it as not delivered, and I got deactivated the next day.
That performance was crazy dope, actually felt like I was watching a horror movie, but damnit that ending made me jump off my bed🤣🤣🤣🤣
