An outstanding and passionately done list my friend! Thank you so very much for the suggestions. Now, if you don't mind, please allow me to add one absolutely beautiful soapy fragrance with a twist! It's from a house that is one of your favorites and I'm actually surprised that it wasn't on your list! I'm referring to Guerlain L'homme Ideal Cologne. If you haven't smelled it yet, you absolutely MUST my friend! It's got a gorgeous sweet almond note at the top which follows along into the mid and it's mixed with this GORGEOUS soapy accord which reminds me of a scent where if you took the ultra clean scent of a bar of Gold Dial soap and amped it up to be the most luxurious version of itself, you'd have Guerlain L'homme Ideal Cologne! It's a MUST have for the spring and summer! Thank you again for your awesome channel and for what you do for the community AC!

One of my favourites is Burberry Men. The original one. It's crappy in performance but so nostalgic. Minty lavender opening with bit do spicy/herbal from thyme. It goes into flowery woody direction after like 30 minutes. Definitely woody from cedar but smoothed out by sandalwood. Oakmoss is not making this more feminine and brings more sharpness to the wood instead of floral. Drydown is smooth musk and vanilla amber but that woody flowery powder like stays all the time. Man if this could only last longer, but for the price is still worth it.
Unfortunately I haven't got any on the list even though I live in middle east. Ferrari bright neroli is the only one soapy fragrance I have, will try and get some of these by next summer.
I think Guerlain Homme might be my next purchase, would love to hear your thoughts in a full review. ADP Essenza ticks all the boxes in this category for me. So does Armaf Legesi which you put me on to!
Pure White Cologne from Creed smells like a very expensive, ethereal soap. I think it’s a lot to due with the pear note. Gives it a refreshing, snowy vibe.
Really good review! I own quite a few of these actually. I even have a decant of APOM, but it isn't for me for sure. I enjoy the aqua line more - Celestia is the MFK, that ticks all the boxes for me. Fleur D'oranger is on my to buy list also. Interestingly enough is that I buy heavy fragrances through the summer and lighter through the fall... What to say, I get different deals during different times of the year. For Tam Dao - really enjoyed it, but I believe I got my nose on the EDP and it was nice, Diptyque had another 10/10, but I forgot which one was it... I'll figure it out some day :D ! A well thought-out list, AC. I personally blow hot and cold about soapy fragrances. I like Versace Pour Homme for its neroli note, and Mont Blanc Individuel and Davidoff Cool Water for their soapy lavender notes, but I find that lanolin-like smell of Prada Amber Pour Homme gag-inducing. I must try Mugler Cologne, but do you have any additional recommendations for neroli lovers?

As per usual a very good video! Coherent and detailed but with great feeling. Well done! I must recommend you to get your nose on Penhaligon's "Castile". That is to me the ultimate soapy fragrance. Neroli, soap, musk. With surprisingly good performance!
Great list! I have eau de Rochas and Guerlain Homme eau de parfum and I can confirm the quality for money aspect. I think Serge Lutens has another one with a similar concept called "Fleurs de Citronnier" but for me the king of luxurious realistic soapy fragrances now is the discontiued Prada " Infusion d'Homme ". You have to give it a try at least with a sample. The prices are increasing since it is discontinued but I heard that the women's version " Infusion d'iris " or "infusion d'iris cedre" are 90 - 95 % similar. You won't regret it. Trust me 👌
Ok, it looks I like soapy frags, I have more or less half of the list presented here and I'm going on eBay to look for Ciel ;-) It already was on my wish list but now it jumped to the top 10 of discontinued frags which I'm looking for. Another great list AC. I'm still thinking about starting recording my own videos here on YT.

Some good ones here and many of these are in my rotation. I'd add Penhaligon’s Castile and Histories de Parfums 1828 among two of my favorite soapy fragrances. Also find CdG's Amazingreen as a good dumb reach because it's so easy to wear (its nice soapy, green fragrance w. a clean white musk backbone).

I recently got MFK samples but I got Amyris rather than APOM and then the 3 Aqua Forte fragrances which I like all 3 of and trying to decide what to get but they're all so nice. Aqua Vitae Forte is much different to the other 2 but I still love it and Universalis Forte and Celestia Forte r both more along these lines clean crisp scents. Do u have any experience with these 3? If so which do u prefer? So many I need to try, I always get a ton of info and ideas from u as well as knowledge and I greatly appreciate it. Hope you are well my friend. hahah I hear you. Milky is an accord that some notes give off. Its just a bit green sharp and feels like Milk. Vetiver and sandalwood tend to do that, its mostly very pleasant.
