His “inherited” weak heart, reactive arthritis, and the impact of his nocturnal lifestyle, resulting in a lack of vitamin D, the effects of which contributed to respiratory infections, reduced immune function, and inflammation. He had Cytochrome disease a defect in his CYP2D6 gene that can convert Coedine into Morphine in the body. Which is why he developed Cushings Disease. He had spinal blocks in 1975 in his spine which caused Cushings. He stopped breathing and was placed into the hospital, his face, and Abdomen were huge and would never fully go down. The press was calling him fat, but he was so sick. Only a handful of people knew what really was going on. Dr Forrest Tennant a world leading Neurologists was given all Elvis medical files and was at all 4 autopsies. He represented Elvis Dr Nick Nichopoulos at his trial in the State of Tennessee & against the Medical Board. He was the specialists in Howard Hughes Medical Trial too. I'm going to address this here because I'm seeing a TON of inaccurate & downright mean comments about Priscilla. Priscilla is NOT trying to go against Riley at all. What she's doing is (1) asking the judge if an amendment on the trust is accurate. The amendment lists Riley & Ben as being in control of the trust which is fine but it was done in 2016 which is when Lisa & Lockwood divorced. On the amendment it doesn't look like Lisa's signature & Priscilla is making sure Lockwood didn't "try something funny". The second thing she's doing is making sure Lockwood cannot touch the twins trust. Since he will be their sole guardian now he can petition to have control. Priscilla is working to not let that happen. She's in no way going against any of her grandchildren. She's looking out for them to make sure they all 3 are protected. Also Priscilla is POTENTIALLY going to teach Riley what it takes to run such a business like this since Riley has never had that kind of experience before. Stop being a Priscilla hater and open your eyes to a different picture/situation. Without Priscilla Graceland wouldn't STILL exist today after Elvis's death
Learn to do your research before jumping to conclusions. Riley and Priscilla and on good terms. Priscilla is challenging it because there are some dodgy things apart it that don't add up, such as Lisa's signature not looking accurate, the fact that it was on a blank page and not on the amendment itself (meaning that even if it is her signature, it could have been a signature for anything, even an autograph), no physical copy exists but only a PDF (a PDF can easily be faked), and Priscilla was never notified of the amendment which is a legal requirement. There are so many bodgy things about it and the appropriate legal procedures were not followed, so she has every right to challenge something that doesn't add up to protect such an important estate and ensure the best for her grandkids

By 1970 Elvis was having major problems with his memory , remembering lyrics and names, severe body aches & chronic pain. His joints and limbs, even his lower spine to the point he started using a cane. He wouldn't do Karate as much on stage and he started needing much stronger medications. By 1971 he was seeing 13 specialists trying to diagnose exactly what was causing so many ailments. They had NO MRI's or CT scans, only XRays!
He took perscriptions to deal with his Genetic health problems (now we know found at all 4 Autopsys), his enlarged paralyzed colon, Glaucoma, Antitrypsin Deficiency, a condition which can result in lung and/or liver disease both of which he had severely at the time of his death. Elvis was never a smoker or drinker. He had Together with the immune system disorder, hypogammaglobulinemia, which plagued Elvis all his life and caused him to constantly fight various infections. His “inherited” weak heart, reactive arthritis, and the impact of his nocturnal lifestyle, resulting in a lack of vitamin D, the effects of which contributed to respiratory infections, reduced immune function, and inflammation. He had Cytochrome disease a defect in his CYP2D6 gene that can convert Coedine into Morphine in the body. Which is why he developed Cushings Disease. He had spinal blocks in 1975 in his spine which caused Cushings. He stopped breathing and was placed into the hospital, his face, and Abdomen were huge and would never fully go down. The press was calling him fat, but he was so sick. Only a handful of people knew what really was going on. Dr Forrest Tennant a world leading Neurologists was given all Elvis medical files and was at all 4 autopsies. He represented Elvis Dr Nick Nichopoulos at his trial in the State of Tennessee & against the Medical Board. He was the specialists in Howard Hughes Medical Trial too. He had written a book on this, numerous blogs, medical journal contributions, and even a podcast. He is still practicing medicine and talks openly about how this lead EXACTLY to Elvis death. People are still repeating the same uneducated guesses that 4 autopsies have disproven and medical science keeps proving were wrong.
Of the 11 bodily systems that operate to keep us alive and hopefully healthy. Critically, Elvis suffered disease or disorder in nine of them! And five were present from birth and pre his fame. His heart (circulatory system), his lungs (respiratory system), and his bowels (digestive/excretory systems) required medication. Insomnia affected his nervous system……His immune system was compromised. His urinary system was not functioning properly. At one point there was even talk of dialysis.
Often he is dismissed as just another rock ‘n’ roll drug addict. He wasn't taking street drugs. He was taking perscriptions not to "ESCAPE" he was taking them to try to maintain some sense of normalcy as himself in a time where the medical field was limited. No DNA, Genetics, No MRI's, little known about the addiction, his dystrophy & No understanding of Vitamin D even.
Looking at the illnesses and disorders, that mounted upon each other over the decades, it’s no coincidence that Elvis’ prescription drug use increased as his health declined. From ear infections to chronic tonsilitis to recurrent flus to eye infections and glaucoma…..these arguably insignificant ailments independently, grew into something more. As his body broke down, alongside multiple immune system disorders and genetic complications, prescription medication and his handy PDR tried to fill the gaps. When that no longer worked, hospital stays became the norm and his list of ailments grew.
The sicker he got, the more prescriptions he was prescribed. He was seeing a cardiologist before he bought Graceland. He was 20yrs old. They have gone through Elvis's entire life of medical records & now have an entire different story now. This is all the facts Geraldo & 20/20 never stated. He accidentally took the Codine the dentist's gave him that night due to the volume found in his blood at autopsy. His Genetic condition of Cytochrome Disease of his CYP2D6 defect caused his Coedine to build up in toxic levels to which he was deathly allergic to. He had been hospitalized twice before and had stopped breathing on a previous flight from. It caused his massively enlarged heart that was already failing to stop. His heart was 3 times a natural size weighing 520grams. It was missed in all 3 of his last medical visits. It had given him problems from records stating ATLEAST age 19. Hastened along by an rich Southern diet & an Autoimmune inflammatory disorder poor Elvis didn't stand a chance. Science wasn't even to the point where they could have helped him.
ELVIS was happy, he had recently met GINGER, he had started a new chapter of his life with her, planning a new future together

It was Louis and Jim Robertson who bought the 8mm camera Aug.1955 and filmed Elvis with the short sleeve shirt on ...singing in a park somewhere. Their son Monte found it and put it out for the world to see. It wasn't Jerry Shillings that filmed it. I think there's a miss understanding. Jerry Shillings is a good guy. Elvis always liked Myrna but she refused his advances because Elvis was such a womanizer. If Elvis did finally sleep with Myrna it may have been out of revenge because Elvis caught Priscilla and Jerry together in the basement of Graceland back in the 1960s. He should have filed for divorce and thrown Jerry to the curb!! Supposedly Elvis admitted this to Jerry before Jerry left Graceland to manage Rock bands for a few years. Fast forward to 2024 and Jerry and Priscilla are still saying that they are "just friends". Hmmm.

Although she would only admit to that Elvis flirted and wanted to date her.. Mryna Smith was a good lady...Elvis tried to pursue Mryna when she first started singing backup with him as a Sweet Inspirations in 1969. She said no because he was married. Jerry and Elvis both met Mryna in 1969. However, Jerry didn't pursue her unlike Elvis until he got a divorce from his first wife . Jerry and Elvis both got a divorce around the same time. Elvis and Jerry had a little disagreement over Mryna Smith. Because Elvis wanted to date her and Jerry did too around the same time. Jerry told Elvis he was going to ask Mryna out on a date...but Elvis told him no she is not going out with you. Long story short jealousy! Elvis eventually gave his approval of the relationship because Mryna would avoid both of their pursuit. Mryna chosed Jerry over Elvis only because she knew of Elvis relationship with women. Mrna knew Elvis was not a one woman 's man. You see Jerry actually fell hard for Mryna and fell in love with her. So Elvis backed off and allowed Jerry to date her.. Mryna and Elvis was very close . She traveled with Elvis on his private Jet and The Lisa Marie. And the other ladies The Sweet Inspirations and Kathy Westmoreland would travel with the bands....Mryna was close to Elvis father Vernon too because she always traveled with them and the Memphis Mafia. Mostly because she was dating Jerry.. Mryna also vacationed with Elvis and the Memphis Mafia . Mryna and Jerry met in 1969, started dating in 1973, broke up briefly in 1976, got back together in 1977 after Elvis died grieving over Elvis death and found their way back to each other. They stayed together and got married in 1982 until 1987. They both said due to their traveling with their careers they grew apart. ...but they still would see each other from time to time and remain friends until her death. Not sure when she died..I think she died in 2014. Not sure.

At Graceland...The girls that hung around Graceland gates was invited up into his Graceland home for private parties with Elvis and the Memphis Mafia. .and some of them were black girls too. When Elvis was in Germany in the army, they had Berlin show girls to entertain Elvis and his army buddies in private orgy sleep over. Where the guys could choose more than one girl. One of Elvis girl was black. You can see his arm around her in a picture. However in Europe in the 50s and 60s it was acceptable for interracial relationship over there. Actually black women were in high demand in Europe. My mom worked for Elvis from the 60s until his death in 1977... She knew a lot about Elvis women. Back then in Memphis there was rumors about Elvis having a relationship with a black woman. But no one made a big deal about it. Because they just assumed it was one of his black backup singer traveling with him on his private jet. It was black women with Elvis on his private jet, people just thought it was one of the Sweet Inspirations. Lola Falana was rumored to frequent Elvis Vegas Suite as well.

....and this is what Priscilla needs to be thinking about as she takes Riley to court.
She needs to ask herself.... At her age does she really need to continue running the show or just let Riley do her thing now..... As Lisa Marie wanted it.
I'm going to address this here because I'm seeing a TON of inaccurate & downright mean comments about Priscilla.
Priscilla is NOT trying to go against Riley at all. What she's doing is (1) asking the judge if an amendment on the trust is accurate. The amendment lists Riley & Ben as being in control of the trust which is fine but it was done in 2016 which is when Lisa & Lockwood divorced. On the amendment it doesn't look like Lisa's signature & Priscilla is making sure Lockwood didn't "try something funny".
The second thing she's doing is making sure Lockwood cannot touch the twins trust. Since he will be their sole guardian now he can petition to have control. Priscilla is working to not let that happen.
She's in no way going against any of her grandchildren. She's looking out for them to make sure they all 3 are protected. Also Priscilla is POTENTIALLY going to teach Riley what it takes to run such a business like this since Riley has never had that kind of experience before.
Stop being a Priscilla hater and open your eyes to a different picture/situation. Without Priscilla Graceland wouldn't STILL exist today after Elvis's death
Learn to do your research before jumping to conclusions. Riley and Priscilla and on good terms. Priscilla is challenging it because there are some dodgy things apart it that don't add up, such as Lisa's signature not looking accurate, the fact that it was on a blank page and not on the amendment itself (meaning that even if it is her signature, it could have been a signature for anything, even an autograph), no physical copy exists but only a PDF (a PDF can easily be faked), and Priscilla was never notified of the amendment which is a legal requirement. There are so many bodgy things about it and the appropriate legal procedures were not followed, so she has every right to challenge something that doesn't add up to protect such an important estate and ensure the best for her grandkids
