8:58 sorry to bug you again... i got my front license plate holder eventually and installed it. now i'm confused. it came with 5 pointy screws and 2 bolt-looking screws (w/flat and split-ring washers). not sure if the latter will screw in into the plastic holder... do i still need to use them (the bold-looking ones) to attach the license plate?
@ 7:50 ... man... that's ***ing brutal... if not classified as DP but @ least a violation... :) i know, i know... that's plain plastic... but w/all that equipment around i totally expected *real gentle* drilling of a smooth hole and putting a couple of nylon (if not latex :) ) bolts and fixing them w/nuts on the inside... [just 2 clarify/confirm - it was more like a joke comment...]
i *GUESS** u might know cars wa-a-a-a-y better than a dummy like myself... do u know if there's any way 2 have clock anywhere in the instrument cluster instead of on the 'infotainment' screen?
@@hyundaihowto oh... do i have 2 go and purchase the bracket/holder separately then? b-cuz my dealer didn't provide it (4 the front plate) @ the time of sale...
Thanks. Made the front license plate an easy install (unlike my 300).
I was peeling plastic film out of mine for a couple years. Just when I think I'd found the very last shred...

The bolts are for rear plate. Kit comes with front and back hardware
@@hyundaihowto Oh, got it. Thanks a lot! You just saved my day!

@ 0:35 so, my dealer was not completely correct claiming that they can remove all the protective film, not the customer?
Removing all the plastic is part of the pre delivery process before giving to customer.
@@hyundaihowto okay... so u actually *DO* remove the film *B4* handing the car over... okay.
I’ve got a 22 Tucson still finding plastic 2 years later😅

None that im aware of.
@@hyundaihowto okay, got it. thanks. :(
The holes dont line up in my state for the plate 😢
Holes won't line up if you put the plate on bumper without the plate bracket on first
@@hyundaihowto thank you. I'm the second owner so maybe the one that fits got removed by the dealership 😑

@nskmda if its a brand new car you can the back where the spare tire is or should be. The bracket should be there
@@hyundaihowto i c. thanks. unfortunately, it's not present. :(
