I am facing this situation now, so please note that its not 100% multiple entry visa for whole 180 days.
People is misunderstanding it and gdrfad/icp have not clearly mentioned abt this and upon getting information
from them, they said its understood thing, which I dont agree at all, bcz visa name is MULTIPLE ENTRY
I had to cancel my ticket and face lots of problems............so take care of thing, mentioned above.

2) What is the minimum duration (7/30/60/90 Days?) and type (Single Entry/Multi Entry?), with Qurantine or without qurantine? required for insurance.?
3) Insurance start date from date of visa appllication or any later date?
4) Also most of the insurance wepage shows resident as United Arab Emirates, which cant be changed. Is that correct?
*You need to take insurance from UAE base company only, I mentioned the name of one travel insurance company in my video from where I took the insurance.

Thanks for the informative video, I had followed the steps but got return for modification because of the last 6 months bank account statement even though I had an adequate balance and each page of the statement had bank stamps.
Also since my statement was 27 pages long I had to split it into 4 pdfs as bank account statement, additional_doc_1...3 due to the document upload limit of 2mb,.
Is that the reason for return for modification? If yes can you help out with this certain scenario as the customer care of the embassy doesn't really understand the issue at hand. Thanks.
You have to put it in one PDF only then it will be acceptable

I previously had more than 5 lakhs in bank account say a year before for more than 6 months and later I opened FD. can't we submit FD as proof of income? Now it's not worth for me to keep 5 lakhs in savings coz I would be loosing more than 4% interest.
UAE does not entertain FDs, still you can attach that in other/additional documents

Hi, My case is similar to you.
I have maintained $4000 for 4months, but for 2 months i've not maintained because i have made FD in my bank.
Initially I have applied with the 6 months bank statement without attaching any FD statement. But they have rejected and returned for modification due to not maintaining $4000.
So i have attached FD statement(Stamped & signed) along with 6 months bank statement. Then i got approved.
