I wrote this last time but it still applies to this episode. This was somehow a character death without being an actual death losing the kaede that we knew from this series sakuta basically lost a daughter rather than a sister since he basically raised this amnesiac kaede since his parent abandoned her to him
I wouldn't phrase it as his parents abandoning Keade to Sakuta. After their mothers mental breakdown, their father knew that because they couldn't separate the new Kaede from the old, they were causing her a lot of emotional/mental pain in how they acted toward her. Sakuta's the one that brought up him moving out with Kaede to take that emotional pressure off. This would also take the pressure off of their mother (her feelings that she's a horrible mother and can't help her daughter) so that she could hopefully get better.
2:19 “It’s like he’s lost his sister…” Yes, exactly… when that personality is gone, it’s like that person died. The Kaede that we grew to know and loved died. I cried too… not as bad as Sakuta, but it hurt a lot.
Calling Shoko-san a holy lady is so fitting. She is to Sakuta what he was to all the girls we saw along the series - and perhaps more...

She ain't mad at him, she's mad at herself. She's mad at herself for not being there for Sakuta when he needed her the most and instead it was someone else helped him up.
Well, if you have all the movies, i reccomended you watch "Vivy: Flourite's Eyes Song". Another tear jerker yet the best animation and fight choregraphy. You just mindblown by how the genre said Music theme lol. Peak underated anime. Oh, and the author is the same as Re:Zero, so yeah 😂
You guys should check out “love is hard for otaku” it’s such a cute and funny show
you should watch the movie bunny girl senpai after this finale. its the continuation of the story after that episode 12. its worth watching ❤️🥰

There are 3 movies too the First atleast it's a must watch
They all are a must because they adapt the source material (which is a light novel). The TV anime adapts vols 1 to 5, the 1st movie adapts vols 6 and 7, 2nd movie adapts vol 8 and the 3rd one adapts vol 9... It's actually crazy to think that ppl would treat any of the movies as filler or the like when they are the literal opposite of them so they should be careful when looking up titles imo

Like other people have said, u should post ur reactions to the 1st movie at least but u also have to watch the 2nd and 3rd movie as they are canon an important for the story. It doesn't matter if u post a reaction to the 2nd or 3rd movie, as long as u watch them
the finale is fire, the movie is more.
Kaede's story is not done, which I like. It continues in Sister venturing out. They gave us a conclusion for that situation, but now we have to get to know the original Kaede as well so don't skip the movies

Can you read? Great ending for the SERIES, there is only one season with 13 episodes. So it's absolutely correct what I said.

U originally said to watch the movie as it's a great end to the series and now you're saying that u meant a great ending for the series, aka s1 consisting of 13 eps. So going by that logic the film STILL wouldn't be a good end for the series (s1 by your definition) as it's not part of the series and instead a movie. All in all, both og statement ur reply back are both completely wrong and u can't even stick to ur own choices lmao. Make up ur mind and make sure not to contradict urself next time u try to 1 up someone on an argument. Also, don't like ur own comment, it makes u look fucking sad.

Why should a movie not be the end of a series? If you have a prequel movie of a series, it's still a prequel of the series or am I wrong? And if you have a series with 10 seasons and the end is a movie... It's still the end of the series.
And I'm speaking of series, not season. Of course the movie is not part of the season. But movies + anime seasons are still the same series.
