I'm very much against such tests on the grounds they may be defamatory. Everyday is different and may not reflect the true persona if for example, there is trauma in that person's life or they simply dont understand words and understanding of the questions posed. The questions are black and white with no colours inbetween.

They use it to discriminate against autistic people too.
I have an iq of 128 but I have a slower processing speed. Probably because if ptsd along with asd 1 (asperger). Ppl frequently treat me like im unintelligent. It's honestly hell. I'm sure discrimination contributes to my lack of career sucess.

I think this would be different now... like more of these test happening to get a job. Also, so many more hoops to getting employed even in basic jobs. Like I once had a bar tending job which requ you to submit a video of yourself telling why you would be good for the job before you had a interview. I honestly think the whole thing is preformative and not helpful

Hey Dr Honda! Please consider reacting to The Ultimatum South Africa. The dynamics are of course somewhat different to the Western versions of the show but still worth the watch and would be interesting to see your perspective on the personalities at play.

Ikr. He seems like a nice guy, but the podcast would immensely benefit from a knowledgeable co-host.
