Hey quick Metal tip for your sword here, I have an uncle who has forged before and was talking to him about this video We were talking about what metals could help not only get the resistance, but also have the accuracy and look for the sword For the Metals that we suggest, If you can get them Titanium, Steel, and gold (Gold is for the game accuracy, the Steel and Titanium are for strength and the color) Hope this helps you whenever you get the tools to make a better version of the sword!!! (ps. for the wood at the handle i reccomend white oak or walnut)
Oh, I was hoping to do a more accurate version when I have the budget for it, this helps a lot thanks! (Also, thank you for the wood suggestions, but I wanted to do birch specifically to make the camman joke lol)

change grip and guard on angle grinder so the blade turns down on the metal plz , yes the sparks will move against the floor and your leg but theirs a fix, or actually two. Wear workpants or move your leg out of the way.
When you're using a mig welder remember to push into the weld for better penatration don't drag it also lot's of clamps lol. Your sword looks awesome. Very accurate description of the dmv btw 🙃
