I think this is one of their best instrumentals in terms of composition and flow. It's sonically rich and engaging, and each of them get to shine during it. They really nailed it here. It sounds phenomenal!
I mean, they pretty much recreated this perfectly live. Not many groups recreate ALOT of their tunes so faithfully live. Being a fan for almost 40 years, ya kinda take the talent for granted until you step back and really realize their repertoire and just how amazing of a band AND live band they were
I noticed that Alex didn't pull out the mandola that he used for this song on the Snakes & Arrows tour. And I like how the guys changing out the set are wearing the same red jump suits the guys had on the cover of Moving Pictures.
A whole album of instrumental Rush tunes would have been great. It would have tapped into that whole "post-rock" thing of the 90s/00s as well. Alas. :)

Yeah they're great. I'm not gonna say they are my favorite because I just don't say that about any bands really. There's too much music out there to like for me to have a favorite... depends on what I feel like listening to. They are really great though. Yes I like Rush they're a great band.
Noticed keyboard sounds not being done by Geddy or Alex foot pedals, must be done by someone offstage? Seems they were doing more of this on later tours.
@@demonicadog Not about being fast, it just wouldn't make sense for Neil to do that when Ged or Alex have always handled it, reason they have Taurus pedals. But Neil is the GOAT, that is undisputed.
