Jerry had no choice but to pay Dak because Dallas wanted to keep Prime time TV slots. Without Dak Jerry would of lost those prime slots for the team so Jerry paid him to keep him, it was a tough business move but what choice did yall have? Lol
Dak's behavior was the definition of entitlement.. They almost certainly would have lost anyway, and pretty lucky to even get into a situation where that play mattered..
Yeah a 75 million dollar entitlement it seems.. I agree with you there I mean I thought the game was dead and buried when they where measuring the ball to see if the 49ers had got 10 yards. They should have made the play they had count but chose to do a silly run. I would have just thrown hail marys till the clock ran out instead they decide to go on a silly run.
Thing is dak to this second doesn't understand that's an actual rule in the game. But honestly if a team is hoping to win a game on a hail mary they typically don't deserve the win. I'll be honest neither team really deserved to win. But the 49ers played a little bit better than the cowboys.
And he was super generous considering Dak n the line spotted it like 4 yards ahead. He rather than walking it back where the line judge marked it down sat it and tried to let them run it. This was on Dak for not finding the ref and handing him the ball.
All you Cowboy fans should take note of what you have at QB. He refuses to accept responsibility and accountability. He's implied that there was an issue with the play call. He then tried to shift all the blame on a certain ref. Now he's applauding fans for acting like children, which means they'll likely do it again. He can't say "I chose to run a draw with 14 seconds left and give the ball to my center instead of the ref." It's that simple.
I can't speak for all cowboys fans, but I can tell you this one never placed blame on the officials. Dak is not the answer, never has been, and I've said that all along. He can't play when on his heels, or when it's really on the line and he doesn't have momentum. He does not have the champion mentality. He's a playmaker when everyone else is making plays too. Their numbers this season don't matter. KC, among others, showed who they really are. Personally, I don't believe a professional athlete should be shaken so easily, and this team is full of them. In fairness to him, he never had much to work with until the last quarter because his team kept backing him up, but that's all I'll give him.
@@mallarysangel The sad part is, you guys are stuck with him for quite a while. On top of that, his salary cap number will prohibit you guys from re-signing guys and upgrading key positions. Now I will applaud the Boys for locking down the core of their team, but I think Zeke's salary doesn't match his production. Pollard is the better back. It actually reminds me of TEN when they were staring Murray eventhough Henry was the better back. They gave DeMarco so much $, they felt they needed to start him, but I digress. Back to Dak. I'm not a hater, I just know that his personality type will eventually hurt the team. I don't know one real "leader" who dodges accountability as much as Dak does.
They should’ve threw it at him, the staring coach, and the rest of them Cowgirls. Who runs when you have 14 seconds and no timeouts?! You can’t go pass ten yards. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's a toxic energy that brings the NFL ratings and Jerry Jones fills his pocket with cash. Yeah yeah Jerry Jones disappointed but he still has boatloads of money
Dak had an opportunity to be pretty classy there but took the low road. All he hd to say was "well I get the fans frustration and our fans are the most passionate and deserve the best. But that's not the way to respond because people can get hurt and nobody wants to see that happen."
@@Sovereign12 exactly. And I don't see why the ref should go out of his way to give them a chance to win. How is it fair to the 49ers if he sprints on Dallas possessions but not on 49ers possessions?
If you watch it back, where they were trying to spot the ball was like 4 yards ahead of the line judge who marks where dark slid. So if the ref wanted he could’ve taken longer moving the ball back but instead tried his hardest to give them a shot. Also the ref had to stay behind the play to watch the line for holding, he wouldn’t have known that it was going to be a qb draw and to start running up the field. The refs have nothing to be ashamed of there. Cowboys choked and can’t take responsibility for bad time management and play calling
Yes, thank you. That is exactly right. He is actually called down at the start of the slide. That is WHY players aren’t allowed to spot the ball! Ref could have moved it back even further, but gave in because of the situation.
That’s not true the ref moved the ball back an few inches, totally unnecessary… not only that, all he had to do was touch the ball , nothing else.. why even move it on a play that was gonna be a spike?!
@@seanmills7255 Exactly. The excuses are pathetic by these delusional fans. The QB ran the ball 5 yards too much wasting time. QB wastes time by handing ball to the centre when he should have handed it to the umpire. Then QB didn’t even leave a gap for the ref to get through wasting more time. But it’s the refs fault. The offensive lineman Zak Martin was asked are the refs responsible man said without hesitation nothing to do with the refs. That team will never go to the SB because there’s no culture of accountability.
They forgot to mention that the cowboys misplaced the ball the ref came in and had to move the ball back almost a yard and then they had to reset. They know they can't set the ball themselves but you still gotta put the ball on the right spot.

Romo even said, where they are on the field, up 10, you go for it to try go by 17. They had the Cowboys on their heels/had the momentum and they kicked the field goal. Cowboys score off a turnover next go around and are only down by 6. See, when a coach is timid, playing it safe, it affects the QB psychologically which led to that INT. JG wanted to go for it cause he stayed on the field but what that showed him is, they don’t trust me. So then he will play timid/afraid to mess up. Brady, Manning, Brees etc had that rapport with their coaches, where in moments like that, we’re putting our foot on their neck. It sends a we’re not scared message as a unit. That’s why most teams were intimidated by the Patriots. Military in Russia ish, lol.
dak has always seemed very rehearsed and phony, feels like the accountability and leadership image he put across for the first 5 years was just an act to secure the bag
That last play was on Dak too. Who runs a quarterback draw with no time left and no timeouts. And then he blocked the ref from getting to the ball. Had they snapped it before the ref touched it. There would’ve been a penalty and game over anyway. That entire sequence is on him.
Had the refs actually been to blame I wouldn’t really have a problem but the refs aren’t to blame on this one. I’m a lifelong Dallas fan and we just witnessed the same old song and dance. No reason our offense should be stifled so badly with the weapons we have
What coach calls a qb draw with that time left, from that field position when they needed a TD?!?!? Coaches don’t call any run plays in that situation… This shouldn’t even be a topic that was the worst play call in a long time.
Dak has to get out and put this fire out! Why hasn’t his publicist gotten out an apology. Franchise quarterbacks do not advocate violence because they are not violent, true that.
The draw play blew it even Tony Romo called it when he sad if Dallas throws the ball to the middle of the field the game is over because there won't be any time left on the clock
When’s the last time a team was able to spot the ball themselves? He had to move the ball (or attempt to) to the spot where Dak first started sliding. PLUS, a 50 year old Umpire on the heels of a 28 year old athlete? Jimmy G started Jimmy G-Ing right on queue and kept y’all in the game. Just poor execution all around.
I'm a lifelong Cowboys fan and Dak is a loser. He's a stat monster vs. god awful NFC East teams but shows his true inabilities vs. teams who are good. He is overrated and the media always tells us he's one of the best in the NFL and I'm going, "Best at what? Losing?"
I say that Dak looks hesitant--too much. This shows he doesn't have the confidence of a Russell Wilson, Tom Brady, Josh Allen, Kyler Murray, and others, and it's not because he's not "built" like these other guys, but because someone has told him he has to be a gentleman. As someone has said, 'Nice guys finish last." I'm not disappointed that Dak said what he said, because he said what he felt....maybe he'll start showing his "darker side," (like Brady does from time to time)
Hard to express how disappointing that was. Dak seems like such a class act… that man needs to apologize for something he said in a heated moment; if not, he’s just a fraud.
The ref did his best to get to the ball but Dallas was blocking him from getting in so he had to push his way in, he did his best i gotta say that was on Dallas
Alright skip come on. I’m a cowboys fan too but to say the ref needed to be on the heels of dak to set the ball so we could get a last minute shot at the end zone is ridiculous. You also said in the same sentence that the ref is 50ish years old. Also being on the heels would mean he’s probably disrupting the play in some way or another or getting tackled along side dak at the 24 yard line. The refs did their job. We did not do ours plain and simple.
Right?! Nobody is giving SF credit. Their defense did an excellent job overall. Even after bosa and Warner went out. They stuffed the run where neither Zeke nor Pollard were any good at all.
SF was good but if the cowboys played a clean disciplined game it wouldn't have even been close, they would have destroyed the 49ers. Luckily they didn't and the 49ers beat them, so we get to enjoy more salt from that fan base I hate so much.
Because the Cowboys beat themselves and the 49ers won on a fluke. 49ers will be knocked out next round guaranteed. Both these teams suck and weren't going far any way. 9ers sucked less in this game and won because Cowboys sucked worse.
No. The 49ers had penalties that stopped their own drives and penalties that extended the Cowboys drive. Whatever Dallas did, The 49ers would have overcome them and still won
*1.) The referee did nothing wrong. He wasn't out of position, and he sprinted down the field as quickly as possible.* *2.) Prescott made no effort to find an official as soon as the whistle was blown. Instead, he spotted the ball himself as if HE was the official. Poor situational awareness on his part.* *3.) Regardless of what happened in the first 59¾ minutes of the game, Sharpe is absolutely correct about what became the last play of the game. Why didn't Prescott just slide down at the 30 yard line, after getting the first down? On that draw play, it was 2nd down and 2 yards. There was no reason for him to run those extra 6 yards. There's no grand advantage to snapping the ball from the 24 yard line as compared to the 30 yard line. If anything, it gives your receivers an extra step to get more open. Also, it's not a "Hail Mary" either way. If you can't complete a pass into the end zone from the 30 yard line, then you have no business playing in the NFL.*
Here's what a classy QB does, he takes responsibility for the play call even though we all knew he should've just handed it off to Beastmode. He didn't blame Darrel Bevell or Coach Pete, he put it on his shoulders like a leader always does. I don't even have to name the QB, because 100% of the world saw the way he handled that loss, with nothing but class.
I mean the ref can't just touch the ball so you can get going, they have to spot the ball that's their job, and honestly with the slide rules it should have been a yard or two back.

Skip Bayless think they would've made some 20-yard TD catch, but yah, that last play would've probably been intercepted hahaha
If someone threw a cold one at Daks head for that QB draw he would be livid lol
100% agree with Shannon the biggest question is does jerry regret paying him I would lol
Yes he does, he was pretty much pressured to pay Dak by the media.
@@ptl2007 yeah I wouldn’t of paid him I thought he was a bust especially when zeke got suspended that was his time to show the world
Jerry had no choice but to pay Dak because Dallas wanted to keep Prime time TV slots. Without Dak Jerry would of lost those prime slots for the team so Jerry paid him to keep him, it was a tough business move but what choice did yall have? Lol
He might not want to admit it but I’m sure he has too. As a Dallas fan I’m ready to get rid of him
@@Jackofalltrades-vy1jx stop lying you love the great Dak Prescott
Dak's behavior was the definition of entitlement.. They almost certainly would have lost anyway, and pretty lucky to even get into a situation where that play mattered..
Yeah a 75 million dollar entitlement it seems.. I agree with you there I mean I thought the game was dead and buried when they where measuring the ball to see if the 49ers had got 10 yards. They should have made the play they had count but chose to do a silly run. I would have just thrown hail marys till the clock ran out instead they decide to go on a silly run.
100% agree! Entitlement and No discipline! This is the Cowboy WOKE way!
Entitled is how all the Cowboys players act and the reason why I stopped being a Dallas fan sever years ago.
It's the refs fault for running a draw Play with 14 seconds left in the game
Those darn refs running bad plays!
And no time outs!!! 😂🤣
The umpire didn’t have to merely touch the ball. He had to re-spot the ball.
Thing is dak to this second doesn't understand that's an actual rule in the game. But honestly if a team is hoping to win a game on a hail mary they typically don't deserve the win. I'll be honest neither team really deserved to win. But the 49ers played a little bit better than the cowboys.
@@blairbryan4040 lmao imagine being a qb in the nfl and not knowing simple rules
And he's on a massive contract
He gets paid too much not to be honest with the fans!!!!!’…….he acted like he just came to the NFL!!!
lost alot of respect for him doing that, anyone with football knowledge knows the refs were the least of their problems yesterday
They should’ve threw it at him,

Who runs when you have 14 seconds and no timeouts?!
You can’t go pass ten yards.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
EXACTLY!!!!this is my point 🤣🤣🤣
I mean he could have run it, it’s been done correctly. He decided that 5 more yards were apparently worth 5 more seconds gone which is hilarious
Umm, the Cowboys 🤠!!!!
No, the Ref did not botch the play. He tried his best to place the ball and the "boys" had him blocked. Don't blame the refs!
Had we gotten the play off, Dak would’ve probably thrown an interception anyway 🤦🏽♂️
This the toxic energy that cause the Cowboys to lose games like this.
It's a toxic energy that brings the NFL ratings and Jerry Jones fills his pocket with cash. Yeah yeah Jerry Jones disappointed but he still has boatloads of money
That's the McCarthy locker room for ya
Skip,
I have regained all respect for you after this show. Thanks for calling it the way it went
Dak had an opportunity to be pretty classy there but took the low road. All he hd to say was "well I get the fans frustration and our fans are the most passionate and deserve the best. But that's not the way to respond because people can get hurt and nobody wants to see that happen."
Exactly. Personally I won't be surprised if he is fined for his comments afterwards. He needs to be as this was unacceptable.
Talk about a sore loser like it’s not the refs fault you gave the ball to the center 😂
Last Time I See Garbage thrown At ECW When Paul Heyman Cheated RVD Against The Big Show
@@Sovereign12 exactly.
Couldn't have said it better. Your 💯 percent correct.
@@gclay3176why call a QB run with no time and the game on the line. Stop trying to blame refs
Fair play to Skip for saying that. It must hurt him as a fan, however he’s being honest about it.
He doesn’t have a choice 😂🤣
Damarcus Lawrence almost got hit but his helmet saved him. I thought Dak was a bad thrower, his fans were worst 😂😂

@@stillcoolerthnu That wasn’t just on JG, that’s also on Kyle Shannon. Kyle continues to have this issue where he forces it at the wrong time and plays it safe at the wrong time. He doesn’t have ice in his veins like Dad had and maybe that’s the issue. It’s almost like he panics, like what would Dad do. On that 4 and 1 deep in the 4th.
It was the "not me I ain't wondering" from Shannon for me lol
dak has always seemed very rehearsed and phony, feels like the accountability and leadership image he put across for the first 5 years was just an act to secure the bag
They paid Dak HOW MUCH to play like THAT!?!? 😆😆😆
🤣🤣75 million
Four years 160 million. 95 million guaranteed.
Tooo much
75 mil!!! Shiiiiiet pay me 1 million and I'll play QB for the cowboys
No reason our offense should be stifled so badly with the weapons we have
And,, our defense,, outside the run game,, being what is was this year,, no reason to have a game like that against any team
Plus isn’t Dak an advocate for mental health and then gives fans the green light to hurl trash at the refs? Talk about a 🤡
Making that comment after the game that the guy wins the Walter Payton award makes it funnier.
Id say that ump was honestly almost perfectly there on time maybe a second late but the line wasnt even set by the time he got there.
The refs not going to forget Dak said that.
🤔
2022 season gonna be a year of Late hits on The QB and no Pass Interference calls.
Then the refs are even worst and bias then we knew. If they did that they do not deserve to ref this sport.
I told my boy that at work yesterday, don't expect roughing the passer calls it's gonna have to be egregious
The draw play blew it even Tony Romo called it when he sad if Dallas throws the ball to the middle of the field the game is over because there won't be any time left on the clock
Yes he did! He’s always calling plays and I luv it! 😄
That was ROMO LIKE
When’s the last time a team was able to spot the ball themselves? He had to move the ball (or attempt to) to the spot where Dak first started sliding. PLUS, a 50 year old Umpire on the heels of a 28 year old athlete? Jimmy G started Jimmy G-Ing right on queue and kept y’all in the game. Just poor execution all around.
When I heard Skip say "not one of the penalties was iffy, they were all penalties" I was shocked speechless.
I'm a lifelong Cowboys fan and Dak is a loser. He's a stat monster vs. god awful NFC East teams but shows his true inabilities vs. teams who are good. He is overrated and the media always tells us he's one of the best in the NFL and I'm going, "Best at what? Losing?"
This is correct
I say that Dak looks hesitant--too much. This shows he doesn't have the confidence of a Russell Wilson, Tom Brady, Josh Allen, Kyler Murray, and others, and it's not because he's not "built" like these other guys, but because someone has told him he has to be a gentleman. As someone has said, 'Nice guys finish last." I'm not disappointed that Dak said what he said, because he said what he felt....maybe he'll start showing his "darker side," (like Brady does from time to time)
It was Dak's responsibility to hand the football to the official.
yes they could of saved couple seconds
Lol i was waiting for this
Dak should be forced to apologize or be suspended. This is unacceptable.

Skip, the ref can’t just “touch” the ball down.
He has to spot the ball…. Not just touch it

Everybody is blaming the Cowboys. I like to think the power of The 49ers had something to do with their struggles
@@SmugCanadian no they wouldn't have. They played their 2nd best QB and lime 4th best RB
With 16 seconds, you throw the ball into the end zone...TWICE. End of story.
Extreme bad clock management!
*1.) The referee did nothing wrong. He wasn't out of position, and he sprinted down the field as quickly as possible.*
*2.) Prescott made no effort to find an official as soon as the whistle was blown. Instead, he spotted the ball himself as if HE was the official. Poor situational awareness on his part.*
*3.) Regardless of what happened in the first 59¾ minutes of the game, Sharpe is absolutely correct about what became the last play of the game.

Russell Wilson......yes...class act.......by the way I’m a niners fan, and Pete Carroll is super irritating.

It wasn't the refs fault at all..... know the rules like they said during the game. Don't self spot the ball or have your center spot it then try and hurry up and snap it.... look for the ref and make a path for the ref to do his job. Of course the ref made contact with him... he was trying to do his job and hurry up and spot the ball. Also.. I'm sure the ref was as shocked as everyone else on the planet when Dak and the boys thought a draw with no timeouts would be a brilliant play call.... hahahaha. The trash was significant only bc the Cowboys are trash
What did Skip Bayless say at 0:21?...

That ref made a real effort to get the play off in a timely manner and in no way is to blame. No one in America is blaming the ref except for Skip and Dak. No one.
I can’t even remember them giving zeke the ball
Cause SF's run defense is second in the league statistically but arguably the best this season in the NFL.
The one series they drove down and scored a td is the only time. The rest of the game they just did random run plays here and there.
