Hi Mark, I have just received my landing net pole from Ali Express following the info you gave me on Instagram.
I too have purchased the 10 feet pole thanks to Mark's find. It was the simplest of jobs to drill out the existing thread with an 8mm drill and then tap a new thread 3/8 BSF. Make sure that all the telescopic joints are loose before tapping as the process of tapping could excessively tighten the joints making it difficult for them to be undone.
They look great, I have been looking for something compact and strong and for targeting canal carp. I think lots of people forget that a huge percentage of branded tackle comes out of China.
They're an excellent find Mark; I do wonder how the 8mm thread is fixed to the pole, rivet or glued perhaps but hopefully just as strong as the pole and mechanism. Thanks for showing us these bargains!

Thanks for the video Mark, I have just ordered a pair to try out. I too have had some issues with Korum in terms of a bag, a chair and a wheel kit for a chair which are just not fit for purpose. I think that they have changed from a quality brand who did good testing on their products to one that is all about the profit. That said they do still make some good products. One of their key issues is that they simply won't respond to complaints and this is professional suicide.
Who made the thread adaptor.? Proper fancy one them two meter ones 👍🏻
Not driving these days and only using public transport or mainly a pushbike these look ideal. Thanks for the info.
Nice find , you can get a net with it on the same page , if you struggle to get an adaptor . or want to hit the ground running .

I’ve seen on Amazon you can buy a 8mm to 10mm adaptor they describe them as motorbike mirror extenders.
Just received 3m landing pole, very impressed and as you described, very strong, thank you. 👍 Looking to remove 8mm threaded insert and replace it with 3/8 BSF, let you know how it works.
