When I watch this after watching civil war I get so pissed cause I fucking loved captain America and civil war ruined that but I still fucking love the movie and Capt
I mean... the stuff he stood for was actually the truth, and there's no way a group of heroes that large will agree on every single issue, especially when it comes to a gray area like brainwashing. Each character chose the cause that they thought was right: the government or the rebellion. And in a universe where high tech disguises, spies, and superpowers (including magic, which encompasses shapeshifting), I think the government/SHIELD should have been more willing to explore the possibility of Bucky's innocence
