It stinks that this was a dismal game and the death of the Sonic Riders franchise, but at least we got this sweet song and this glorious cutscene in full HD. This is the best the Babylon Rogues have ever or will ever look.
It's weird but that intro reminds me of the match between the PS3 and The 360. Sonic is Playstation and Jet is Xbox. At the beginning, Jet outrun Sonic who lag behind. But, throughout the race (years), Sonic catch up Jet and outrace him like the PS3 did to the 360 (86,9 millions vs 85,8 millions).
The amazing things about this game are the movement of everything, level design, extreme gear design, updated and more realistic extreme gear w/ real physics and Super Sonic who is in fact even better than in the first with exception of no gear parts for abilities like SRZG because that's where the Grind, Air Ride and Power Type come from but instead of no Power Type, he can plow through barricades with his Boost like before.
Oh gosh I love this game. It's my first Riders game so I can't wait to go back and play the first 2 especially now I have a pc good enough to emulate them.
This trailer felt like it promised so much but failed when delivering it when the game came out. P.s I haven't played free riders but I've heard a lot of people hate on this game. Who knows, maybe when I play it (if I do play it) I might like it, I mean I like Sonic 06....... yeah you heard me.
Maybe if this game was in the wii it would be better. But they would have to make much lower polygon counts for the models, if they were even high to begin with

This game wouldn’t be so bad. If the controls weren’t downright horrendous it would’ve been a good spin off, but the Xbox 360 Kinect ruined it if they had just stuck to just using the controller this game wouldn’t get that much hate and we would have more sonic riders spinoffs
It’s sad to think about how if this game wasn’t for the Kinect & instead played like the 1st Sonic Riders, this could’ve been a really good game, still not the best cuz the cutscenes are lame & the story is basically nonexistent but still, it could’ve been a really fun experience & if it turned out the way I’ve described who knows? Maybe by this point Sonic Riders wouldn’t be a dead series of spin-off titles
So I got this game for Christmas back in 2012 and 6 year old me was extremely disappointed by the actual game, young me hated it and I still hate this game. It's possibly the worst game I've ever played in my life and I remember that I used to get angry at this horrible game. I honestly wish I got Sonic generations or Sonic's ultimate genesis collection instead of this abomination.
