If your players are below 5 chemistry they will lose stats, so even though you’ve got sane in the team with 95 pace, because he’s on 3 chemistry and has no links he will be on 88 pace. Where as if somebody is on 10 chemistry, their stats will get a boost. Also, CDM/CM/CAM can all play in CM without a Chem affect, likewise with RW/RM and LW/LM

Dude greats vids, but there is no Left Center Mid or Right Center Mid. You’re taking away attributes from your players. Mid positions should be played by cam, cm, or cdm.
