Joyousmicor Carlton added their own URL to their regions' (London, Central and Westcountry) idents in mid-1999 (can't be long before the launch of the star idents).
I loved the westcountry glass ident, so simple and effective, puts many modern ones to shame! Especially itv!

The westcountry started to broadcast in 1993 so never used ivc.
