    Sir for doing this simulation we need to consider mass and applied force, these two parameters how we will choose this one. Like for mass - sprung mass or unsprung mass or total mass of the vehicle. And for applied force - damping force on the tire or anything else?

      Mass means mass of vehicle. Applied force means external force not damping force

    how to find the velocity of mechanical system on Matlab without using simulink?

      Using ode solver in Matlab. But velocity is related to dynamic system so simulink will be better than Matlab. The simulink package is mostly used for simulation of dynamic system

      @@ilya-koloshin here constant force act continuesly on mass. So there is a deformation even at the end of time. Because force still acting on mass
