So bloody proud of our little Zachary 🙌🏻 He did absolutely amazing on his first ever long run, he's such a little superstar ⭐ Even when he's tired, he never gives up and just keeps going, I would've given up in the first 1k 😂 our little 6 year old is such an inspiration ❤️

It's great that Zachary got to choose some of the route, love the 10 out of 10 for Chia Charge, I've not tried that one, so I'll keep my 👀out for it. Definitely a better way to spend the day than sitting indoors 👏
When we have loads of free time I try to let him decide what we do because it means he will be more enthusiastic about it because it's his choice. I think the Chia Chews are new I only spotted them a few weeks ago and thought I would give them a whirl and they didn't disappoint. 👍 Thanks for watching Martin! OR you've forgotten how hard it is to run and talk at the same time😆... that took me quite a while when I started running, I clearly remember wondering how anyone managed to talk AND run, even slowly!!😂

For a 6 yo, does that not work out as an ultra? I might as well give up when 6yos have super powers and can outrun me at 39 lol. Quite jealous, just going out and about and exploring, looks like he had a blast…..hopefully he was a bit quieter afterwards lol 😂
