when i try to flash in odin, it says RQT_CLOSE !! then Complete(Write) operation failed. phone says secure check fail : : up_param. i did everything in the video correctly and the files are the same

Changing Splash Screen Requires UP_param not possible in param
Param only possible with oneui1 or later
get 7zip *ZS* not the normal 7zip to extract the file

Unfortunately, it does not work on android 13 because the files are not stored in the same place. I guess you can do it but you need to find the files in the firmware

Bro...I got a galaxy A12 from someone, whose bootloader is unlocked but the warning doesn't show up as the device boots up.The guy deleted the boot_warning & svb_orange image files but i want them back in the phone so as to lock back the bootloader.Can i follow the same procedure to return the official images?

They are 2 very different files (Or atleast what I think). However, I think that device has the up_param file anyway.

Interesting. I tried to do the same thing. Unfortunately, I don't seem to see the Samsung Logo images after extracting the Param file. I have all the images minus Samsung. However, I do have the Samsung Galaxy S7 logo image.

i have removed all Samsung images but it still it shows both custom logo that i made and Samsung logos on a12
If you want to undo it, you need to replace with the original images again, or just flash stock rom again.

Have you checked the resolution of the file, compared to the original? Any sort of parameter change can cause the device to incorrectly read the file.
