Unless you’re like me and you’re 40 and have heterogeneously dense breasts. In which case I got DCIS and had a single mastectomy. All clear tho now and doing quite well three weeks post op! 🥳
I am 61 and have Extremely Dense breasts. Each year before the mammogram they tell me that they will get less dense. However, afterwards when they see the results they say I have the breasts of a 30 year old and they are still extremely dense! The doctor should also have said that density can cause increased breast cancer risk.
Now juggle 😂. Very informative thank you but I was waiting for a comic relief moment with how you kept staring at the camera while passing the fruit, stuffing and netting down the table.
@@vpu2 I heard it's because of genetics well for my case, cuz as soon as I got boobs they sagged😭😭😭. But for you it can depend on weight gain/loss, pregnancy and breastfeeding also just having large boobs in general. I don't think your sleeping position matters or the amount of water you drink.
I used to have very fiberous breasts.. I went carnivore and at about 8 months in, my breasts are soft and smooth and no more lumpy fiberous bits.. they are called Butter Breasts.. look into it.
I wish the doctors told me about this when they removed one because I couldn’t nurse my 1 y old only child at age 25y Total breast mastectomy 7 lymph nodes taken out ,fast heavy chemo and radiation along with a tram flap tummy tuck. Sure he matched both breast by stuffing damage one with my belly fat but at now age 57 I am way lopsided and weird plus lopsided fat belly .
Great visual!! So why would mammograms be advised when fat absorbs radiation?? The older you get, the more fat in the breast, the greater likelihood of breast absorbing radiation because of more fat.
I never Had any breasts 😂, But was feeding 4 Babies with this Teeny tiny Things... Just flat. Very uncomfortable tó breastfeed. But much Milk. Never think big breasts Produce much Móré, ITS Not true😂
😂😂😂😂😂 Mine were like a 70 year olds as a teenager. I could literally put my nipple in my belly button. As a teen. I got a reduction. It ALL GREW BACK and I’m the same size I was before. But at least now they don’t sag. But I have massive scars. Calling BS.
Thank you for the visual aids! This was so easy to understand.
Hi! I tried to make a boobie joke, but this was the breast I could do.
How helpful! It’s lovely to have info like this. Never knew it.
I am too dense to understand this.
Is that why they sag as we age. That's what I'm thinking.
No. It's due to Cooper's tendons that hold up the breast. They are known colloquially as "Cooper's droopers".
Unless you’re like me and you’re 40 and have heterogeneously dense breasts. In which case I got DCIS and had a single mastectomy. All clear tho now and doing quite well three weeks post op! 🥳
The bag of my onions has disintegrated😂
I'm a 40 year old woman and didn't know this. Thank you it was interesting
Thank you for explaining!

Hahahaha!! Same, same!!
I'm 72, and I still have dense breasts. Am told I need a biopsy after nearly every mammogram. Even with 3D!
In my country the standard for dense breasts is mammogram And ultrasound. The older I get, the more often I have to do the ultrasound to keep watch…
Great Demo Liz, Thank you ❤️🇦🇺🦘
Great demo
Why would you lose tissue? Why does it become all fat?
Because your hormone levels drop when you reach the menopause so your breasts aren't being stimulated to function and they turn to fat
Well, I’m 67 and they keep telling me mine are dense.
Me too. They have asked me to be a part of a study. Dense tissue makes it difficult to spot cancer.
Because they “practice” medicine and there’s no $$ in a cure.
Well what do y'all eat?
Man, don't I know it. As soon as I turned 50, my boobies were noticably flatter 😔😔
Me having saggy breasts since 14:
Guess l am old💀.
I hear you. I had saggy breasts. Had a reduction and it all grew back. But at least it grew back with shape.
@@geekchick4859 Wait. Breast can grow back after you have a reduction? Wait how is it possible that it changes shape?
@@steamyvegetables1445 I have no idea but it did. And I’m not the only person it’s happened to.
I've had saggy breasts since I was around 20, I think it's because I sleep upside down or to the side. Also, I don't drink a lot of water.
@@vpu2 I heard it's because of genetics well for my case, cuz as soon as I got boobs they sagged😭😭😭.

Thank you for that info!
Mine are sooo dense. It’s hard to feel for lumps because they are so fibrous.
ibis-risk-calculator.magview.com/
and so is there anything we can do about the density. maybe planks?
I think my fatty tissue must think it is glandular tissue. Tissue dysphoria can be a blessing in disguise! 😊.
As a 50 year old woman, that cheered me up!🙄
That was great! Can you explain why I am 61 and still have fibrous breasts? Pretty dense. Will this go away?
Perhaps you could have smaller ones, since they are more likely to be dense the smaller they are.
I just turned 40 and did my first mammogram and they said my breasts are so dense I will have to have an ultrasound. I hope this gets better as I age.
It will do
Great information.. very interesting, thank you.😊
So is less dense less likely to get tumors?
Thank you for this information
I have pretty much been overweight my whole life. My breasts have been small the entire time. Flat. Im mid age , just wondering if thats weird?
I used to have very fiberous breasts.. I went carnivore and at about 8 months in, my breasts are soft and smooth and no more lumpy fiberous bits.. they are called Butter Breasts.. look into it.
Hiw bout if you work out muscle???
There is no muscle in the breasts themselves , it's behind them on and between the ribcage
I didn't know that. Thanks
In my 60's I had a calcified milk duct in an otherwise unremarkable fatty boobs.

So if I am 47 and have dense breast what does that mean or do for my mammograms once per year?
Great visual!! So why would mammograms be advised when fat absorbs radiation?? The older you get, the more fat in the breast, the greater likelihood of breast absorbing radiation because of more fat.
I almost made it to 70 with dense breasts. Now I have belly fat there (double mastectomy with diep flap reconstruction).
I've got these balls inside mine. Hard marbles. Some are harder than others. Some are painful to touch.
I used to make my husband feel my breast top when they were full from milk and you could feel the "grape vines" of alveoli
I never Had any breasts 😂, But was feeding 4 Babies with this Teeny tiny Things... Just flat. Very uncomfortable tó breastfeed. But much Milk. Never think big breasts Produce much Móré, ITS Not true😂
Why so abrasive moves
Depressing yet obvious?
I know that i have to do manual lifting into small places....what age am I ...hahaha 😂😂😂 where is the glandulars ??
Been there ....im 70 now
Thank you, this makes it easier to accept the wisdom of Mother Nature.

😒
What about teens?
Why would you lose tissue? Why does it become all fat?
The glandular tissue turns into fat
