You should use your normal attacks more for the root. First 2 normal attacks are fast, third is slow, so Q - AA - Q - A works pretty well.

YEEES!!!! a little slow but once u get the spec is fine it cleans!
Lmao they can't even get near u. It works best when u are with a team, but doing frost solo seems fine as well
