I don't buy MAC products anymore (that's all I usually use before) because of their customer service compared to other companies (shout out to the Balm, you guys are the best in customer service 👍). MAC I feel doesn't care about their loyal customers (I wanted to return a foundation brush that didn't work for me, the 190 - when I went to the store they said to call customer service. So I did call, but after waiting 3o minutes on the phone I hung up & decided to write them - 3x in 3 months! And they never did reply. Just so disappointing.) will just give away that brush to whoever likes it, and it's $34! From then on, I just lost faith in that company. Oh well.

I really want to go to Mac after Christmas and just splurge all my money I am only 11 but I wear high end makeup all the time but I don't think I'm going to go to Mac just because of everyone's terrible experiences there the people there all seem to be snobby and nasty plus they always match people's colours wrong my friend went to get her colour (she knew it was her colour) and this girl gave her a very very very very dark brown foundation and I doubt I will listen even if Mac replys to this comment cos it's probs all automatic
