I think the garage S-Quad is just struggling to get any sort of resonance reading due to the lack of echo and the fans in the background, so it keeps trying different things. TheFireZone will no doubt know.
@British Dylan Sounder resonance searching is also a contributing factor to this. I can hook you up with a PDF, if required. Freely available on the interwebs!
Idk but to be honest that what I’d do. But I’ll have to make sure that there’s definitely no mains on it before connecting it to being a leg of the loop.
Be careful with using hairspray if that’s what’s in that can. Unless it’s different with UK systems, it could cause the detector to be dirty and maybe if your panel has that, it will cause a dirty trouble. Although I’m not from the UK I’m just interested in other country’s systems lol. Edit: i just realized that’s not hair spray.
Gent vigilon: There's a fire please evacuate Me: Mom! Can I turn off the lights and gets some drinks with chips then it will be a party!! Mom: ARE Y0U INSANE LETS EVACUATE
I had one in my hall way. No actually 2 one broke lucky I got 8 because I ordered more only 8 and the panel I got 8 talking male Gent S4-780'S squads the sound so so louder then I think it is it's like a school fire alarm but I mounted on in the dine my grandma told me to take it down but no I kept it on the ceiling I liked letting the alarm sleeping with me the alarms are my friend ah yes I do have smoke spray for the alarms like you do 🌎💕💕💕😎😎😎🤓🎉🍫🍫

Yeah same mine had them too. And to clarify I'm not in primary anymore too 🤣
This would be scary as hell to wake up to in the middle of the night.

CwFire Yeah, I thought that too. I thought I might disable the sounder/speech function in it, and fit a voice S3. Either way, for now, it’s fine haha.
Great test! With those mains alarms did you reuse the circuit as a part of the loop? Or did you run new cables in?

Ok 0:32
Gent
Fire
Alarm
That was from Hummersknott
How much does these units cost but I'm not in Britain so I don't use pents or pounds I live in australia
Good progress on your system
Do you know why gent has two tones. Like it’ll go at a normal pitch then slightly later it goes lower pitch
Joe Jones Sounder resonance searching usually
Northern Fire Systems ah nice, my dorm has S-quads and as I’m walking out I keep hearing them all change. Nice thoughhh
Joe Jones Most dorms, especially university accommodation, utilises S-Quad sensors from what I’ve seen when visiting friends at Uni!

Very nice, so you didn’t end up reusing the old twin and earth?
Idk but to be honest that what I’d do. But I’ll have to make sure that there’s definitely no mains on it before connecting it to being a leg of the loop.
That S quad in the garage is almost dying
So Where's the rest of the Sounder Devices?
Oran Doherty Built into the S-Quads, no real need for S-Cubed at this stage... although I’ve had an idea...!
Oh ok
hi I enjoy this sort of content!
I do as well but why do nobody wach these

Yes ! I like ur system good job man 👍
I have a system with gent Apollo xp95s and roshonis
This give me ptsd from primary school.
same that I have at my school
Degasi not mine
Nice alarm system
You would probably be dead to smoke inhalation by the time they go off.
ScrapStreamer what 30 seconds activation time? Haha. It doesn’t like the artificial smoke as much, they’re difficult detectors to trick.
@@NorthernFireSystems Oh yh I forgot about that.... Just never trust it.....
@@stanlee_x329 I'd whole-heartedly trust an S-Quad. I've had my Soteria multisensor take a few minutes because the algorithms have been holding it up.
@@averagefirechannel Its just because its your system.

Good test!
Do you know about smoke detectors? I know about smoke detectors you don’t know about ceiling fans I know about ceiling fans.
I got that at bearbrook combined
