Mario at 15:25. I like shooting the 15, cue to side rail and knock 12-ball up. 12 probably becomes a key ball for the stripe break shot on that side of the table. Shoot the 4 very soon, then use the 6 to get on the 8-ball. Last 3 balls are 2 and 14 to transition back to 12 in side.
Shot clocks don't accomplish much if players take almost every shot to the time limit, looking at things that don't matter, then looking at them again, and again...
