Pro Cabinetry has some serious machinery to get the right fit for OG. And you can always trust a guy with a mullet like that! Congrats on the partnership!
I really like the idea of concealed hardware for the shelving, but I want something more robust than 4 pins barely hanging on to particle board lol. The holes at least need to have support sleeves. You pull that out the wrong way that hole is done and your shelf wobbles.
Great product, wood veneers look perfect. Some of us have other halfs that need glass doored wardrobe cabinets to protect hanging clothing and a center island option would be nice. Perfect open shelved pantry product. Thanks Ray
Very soon. We are installing the prototype here in my house as we speak, making some adjustments and it should be ready for market. Video on that in the coming days!
Pretty much all closet organizers use particle board. Solid wood would be way too expensive and not really necessary. The key for it to look great and function well is having a thick material which this is.
@ if you’re going custom and really wanting a high end setup and feel then definitely not spending money on particle board. We not doing average everywhere else but the closet?
@@PeeGee-g4t If you want really high-end custom, yes, you would use solid wood and ply. However, that's not something OG could ever sell. Any laminates/veneers you layup on to particleboard or MDF to keep the panel flat and balanced. Very common practice across the industry
Cedar is nice, but sometimes isnt as well finished as other wood options. This could cause splinters to catch nice jackets. From my research I am looking at getting Kirby Allison (very expensive), Butler Luxury (also expensive but bulk discounts, and more/nicer options, also expensive shipping), or Skolyx (cheapest but expensive shipping). Also any of the cedar hangars seem to be too wide and extend past the suit jacket shoulders.
Particle board is pretty much standard in a closet. Kitchen cabinets, different story. To do these out of ply or solid wood would be absurdly expensive and not accessible to most. Remember, I want this to be a solution we can actually offer people.

We will see! Great thing is we can adjust and improve it.

We do?
Have you ever done a secret door build? That example piece shown in studio looks like it could be a sliding/ pull out door
I have NEVER seen so many bots in the comments.
Right? Whomever is uploading these need to take a break from those p-o- and r-n sites....
Pretty common across the board. RUclips needs to figure it out.
Dude, I don’t know what’s going on but your videos have been getting a lot of spam lately. Just FYI.
It’s fairly normal on channels across the board. We always delete them.
Somebody bought the janky bot package
So the idea is a more premium ikea closet? I like it
Yep!
Dude at 3:20 has the longest fingers I have ever seen!
Uh-oh it must’ve been really bad. Matt is gateway cursing. Glad I waited to do my closets if this is going to be the OG solution.
Need an OG referral for an electrician in The Villages. I’ve been here since March, and I need a few small jobs done. Would love your input.
Perry @ Done Right Electric!
What part of P.A. are you from?
When will this system be available to order?

@ObsessedGarage awesome. I have been watching the videos with the adjustments you are making. Looking forward to a good closet solution.
12:03 look up flag code when hung up vertically :)
Did he say particle board? This is the same stuff put in Adam lz’s?

@@ethanlphoto yeah, I am just saying if I am building new or want something custom like this then there’s no way I’m going with particleboard
Are there any OG spec Cedar wood clothes hangers that Matt recommends?
Check out Kirby Allison. They’re supposed to be top of market

Doesn’t particle board off gas Formaldehyde? I’m pretty sure it’s hazardous over time
Janky, where’s the lighting effects
It is an option we will be able to offer as well.
Very interesting it seems like you found a much better partner. I hope it works out.
Let's do mine next month
lost me at particle board.
yall act like yall own a multi million dollor mansion
