More pre excercises please!! ❤ it! Since we can only go one week a year (live in The Netherlands, no hills what so ever😂) I always try to train my legs the months before going, but I always keep repeating the deep squads and crabwalks (with stretchband around my legs) but thats it🙈 thanks for your content!!

Walk backwards with big steps. When putting your toes down first you activate your tibialis anterior muscle (shin muscle). If you can make it over half a mile your first time, you are insane!

It’s very simple but very underutilized. The bigger the steps the more you activate your shins.

"My Goal Is To GO as BIG as Possible." also..!! 53 Days... But Who's Counting..? HA..! * I LOVE the Boxx jumps..!! One more suggestion... Throughout the Day... & before bed... Spell The Alphabet with your Big Toe. After a few weeks... NiCe... after a couple months, you'll have Calves like Popoye's arms... maaaaybe not that that big, but Ya Know..! STAY LOW, BE POWERFUL. Visualise & ATTACK.!

Don’t forget walking backwards with big steps. When pitting your toes first you activate your tibialis anterior muscle (shin muscle). The bigger the steps the more you feel it.
