In the summer I was in Rouen, a city of Jeanne d'Arc, a very beautiful city in Normandy without Luosi Fen, amazingly my husband accepted LuoSiFen immediately, even with chilli oil. He found the smell no worse than Swiss cheese or our son's feet.

Just like children all across the world, no difference whatsoever.
我是柳州人，很负责的告诉大家，很少有人第一次吃就能喜欢上这东西的...。另外这东西烹饪有技巧的，粉用冷水煮熟就行，所有配料都放碗里，配料不要煮，粉煮好后，把煮粉的热水倒一部分进碗里，化开配料就好，这样才能达到最佳口感。

在我看来螺蛳粉就是属于一种带有螺丝风味的更加鲜的酸辣粉，所以酸和辣是必不可少的味道

煮的先后顺序 不同 味道 大不同 建议 第二遍粉煮好后 水和粉烧开 再加汤料包 和蔬菜等 水开马上关火 加入其他剩余调料包 有些东西 烫比煮 更鲜

I was from Nanning Guangxi , never had Luosifen (snail noodles) before I was 22. I first visited the city Liuzhou which is in the same province , when I was 22. I walked through the city, it smelled disgusting chicken shit to me. I felt so sick. Then a friend living in that city invited me to his place, and he bought that smelly ingredient, the fermented baby bamboo shoots, then I knew where the smell from. The bamboo shoots was crunchy and sour, acceptable. Then slowly I liked it and the Luosifen.
