You can buy the same unit with the Simpson 420cc engine at HD for only $699.37 item # 60843. I was going to build my own out of new parts from eBay & HF but would have been similar price.
Get yourself an xjet to properly clean stucco without risking damaging it with high pressure, also that surface cleaner will not last you. You are much better off putting more cash down upfront and getting a whisper wash 20 inch. It will last you, and it can be repaired.
Do you need an extra water tank to help the water flow of this pressure washer or can this pressure washer be connected directly to the outside water supply.
I've been watching other videos and I saw somewhere that someone says the Dewalt unit is the Simpson, just rebadged. So possibly more money for the same rig, just with the Dewalt name.

Thats really alot of psi and it wont do much for you, I own a company I'd recommend you get a used machine for a good price, and get yourself a nice 20 inch surface cleaner. Get yourself at least 4gpm and 3500 psi. The surface cleaner is a necessity for garage cleaning, you dont want to get the dry wall all wet in there with the wand. Let me know if you need any help! Also, $20-30 is waaaay low. Do not start out that low, trust me. You should be making $75+ per hour for flatwork if you're equipped with 4gpm and a 20 inch surface cleaner.
Yes, it flows downstream, chemicals doesn’t go through the actual pump. Most of these large pressure washers are built that way. I have the stihl rb800

You didn't use the same spray tips. That 4200 PSI pump will fail long before a 3200 psi. Blasting stucco at that pressure rate will knock it off the house. Better be licensed and bonded.
