Pau's lyricism should be thoroughly studied in schools to inspire aspiring composers...he creates masterpiece after masterpiece time and time again...My fave is Blessed
What Pablos trying to do is to dominate the western without copying their style .. he's creating a new sound that western and eastern will appreciate. We are now on this ERA THAT HE CREATED... PABLO'S ERA
I listen to this album everyday along with Alon but I never get tired. The change of style is so spot on that I never get bored or tired listening to the songs on repeat. The independence they have in managing their own career shows in the kind of output they put out. Pablo is a master producer.
All these songs in this album have bars after bars. Oh how I wish I could send you the English translations and its cultural references especially “Butata”. Pablo is a lyrical genius whether he admits it or not.
When Alon came out, I said for sure that album was everything Pablo is, then I heard Laon, and I ate my statement. Laon is fearless, experimental, unhinged, unapologetic and yes, evolved and eye/ear opening. When an artist makes you hear sounds in sequence you never thought would make sense to you, and it only takes you one listen for a whole world of music to open up and force you to evolve in taste and appreciation, then you know you're in the presence of greatness. There is no nutshell for Pablo, and he likewise challenges us to listen without prejudice, because you might just enjoy what you don't understand and be all the better for it.
Mine are Micha, gets me off my butt. Blessed, ah I always smile through that whole song and Puyat. Pablo is truly a creative Genius, I swear he can make us feel so many emotions with his music. I have to say, I’ve always loved his voice the most and OMG did he go all out. Good job Hurraira, I always look forward to your reactions!
OMG! I was thinking the same for “Tambol”! I hear MJ’s “They don’t care about us.” If he sings this in Brazil, like MJ did in the MV, it might still be appropriate.
Wooaaaa, TAMBOL is your top1? thought it isn't because it's leaning towards to a tribal sounding, which I like (my#1) FYI, those voices we've heard, they were Pablo's family😊 Pablo, Pablo, Pablo, The ever talented and genius
Gosh, yeah you are right about Puyat. There is a sound of the mundane all throughout. That’s really something he is particular with. He makes you feel what the song means even in the beat, the waz he sings, rhythm, instruments, melody. True.
This album is pure BLISS! This album has become my morning listening, it just gets me so woke for the day! I love this so much H, thank you….waited for your reaction and finally got here! ❤ love all the MJ references. I am out of words to describe Pau’s talent, I love him so much! BUTATA AND TAMBOL AND MITCHA is my hyped song! I cannot rank, I love them all 🔥
Pablo said Blessed is for the fans. I totally agree that I get some MJ vibe, sound, tone and emotions from him. I felt teary eyed listening to Blessed. I imagined MJ singing Blessed when he was a kid like singing Ben.
Filipino kids are exposed to music from the 50's to the 2000's. And so, Pablo could have assimilated those sounds and as a musician, he is now compiling all those things. Actually, now I get it when Stell described him being in a corner and doing certain moves (ritual 😅). All those sounds in his head were being created 😊
That's why I think that LAON is a double entendre - it means in time' (or 'in due time according to Pablo), but it also means that through these songs of varying sounds, he takes us on a sonic trip back 'in time'.
LMAO I love the confusion in your face when you heard Tambol cause that's exactly what happened to me lololol but I LOVE IT SO MUCH IT'S SO WEIRD AND INTERESTING AND CATCHY I LOVE IT!!!
If PauPau ever have that solo concert we're craving for, I also do hope A'tin will take the last third of the song and sing it back to him during the con.
My favorites, in no particular order: Butata, Blessed, Tambol, Micha. Pablo’s songs are cinematic, can pass as OSTs. In one of his interviews with MYX, he mentioned that he bought a catalogue of these instruments which he uses in his music production. Cost him an arm and a leg but it was all worth it. We can see the results. 😊
LAON literally means later, after a while (kinalaunan) Deep tagalog 'laon' means old My first listen to it was something fresh & nostalgic at the same time. Btw i just learned in korean laon means 'merry' Pablo's lyricsm & sound always🔥 Thank you for your support ms. H! Love from 🇵🇭 God bless🤍
mine is Blessed, Micha, Puyat, Butata, Tambol, NewMoon, Dont Care Big thanks for your love for the SB19 and other Filipino artist. I always look forward to your reactions. Best wishes for your desire for your country and countrymen.
I'm the proudest whenever I hear people talkin about MJ. I admit, Pablo became my #1 lyricist and solo Ph artist because he reminds me of Mj. But, this 2 albums, wow just wow! He has his very own identity and the talent is mind blowing. Anyway, here's my ranking lol. Blessed Micha Puyat Neumun Don't Care Tambol Butata
I was able to rank his songs in his ALON album based on my current emotion and experiences but LAON is just a favorite as a whole for me. My favorite song is Neumun but BUTATA is so hype, it's becoming LSS already even in my sleep! Everything "PABLO" is a HIT!
I smiled widely when your top song is tambol. Majority of tweets I've read. They ranked Tambol on the latter. Well maybe because of music preferences. But for me Tambol and Micha are awesome songs. The music productions and storyline are top notch 😊.
Initially, I couldn't rank the songs because I'm flabbergasted by the variety of genres in this album that it feels like comparing apples to oranges. It feels so unreal that all of these songs come from the mind of a single person (except for PUYAT from Josue). So brilliant! Pablo's mindset is that creativity is limitless and I'm excited to see what more he has in store for the world to hear. But, I'll just say that TAMBOL has a quirkiness that strikes me the most. The eclectic-ness makes it esoteric. I was amused by Cashual Chuck's reaction to this song specially during the sudden switch in the rhythm. 😂
It's true! I've always had a dislike to songs with so much switch-ups because... It's like standing on the very edge of a cliff, and just too easy to fall to a cacophonous sound. But Pablo had to mesmerize me in so many things that I usually scoff at or don't listen to regularly - Beat/tempo switch-ups, Heavy rap, Screamers, RnB, and many more... He surely piqued my attention in What? as a composer, lyricist, and with his long hair.😊
Oh our number 1 is the same! Tambol is unmatched honestly. I would say Micha and Butata are equal. Puyat and Neumun would be both number 3. Don’t Care and Blessed are equal at number 4.
When he performs "Tambol" in the concert, I'm envisioning that other than the live band, he will invite Indigenous Tribes in the Phils to play their respective tribal musical instruments (gongs, drums, etc.). That would be epic.
I'm also surprised myself coz after that Laguna tour Micha has been engraved in my whole being I don't know why😅.At first I loved blessed but maybe i was so hyped by how Pablo performed Micha that it changed my perspective hahah.Actually i like all the songs in this album but yeah there has to be a favorite one😉
Tambol is also surprisingly my favorite in this album. It did remind me of What? as well, how jarring the music is. But what made me really like Tambol is the gospel-like approach to it with his acapella line going to the choir part. Reminds me of "Joyful joyful Lord" by Lauryn Hill (I think that's the singer). It's so unconventional yet so satisfying. It's true to its title, from "another planet". Modern Bohemian Rhapsody, eh? PABLO, ladies and gentlemen!
Micha is my number 1. You gotta love it when Pablo laughs maniacally. Also, it's a really good ending to the album since it's a call to action. Butata and Puyat are tied at number 2, Tambol and Blessed are tied at 3 and Neumoon and Don't Care are tied at number 4.
On the swear/expletive words usage: As a poet, I was taught that swear/expletive words are to be treated as 'spice'. We use them sparingly, intentionally, and wisely. We have to know when and where to use them to give a desired outcome. Further, the lads are youth ambassadors as a group, and not as individuals, so they've got a bit of a loophole here. In the future, I wanna see Pablo in the FlipTop (the biggest battle rap stage in the Philippines, and possibly the world if we wanna talk about consistent view counts. There's a recent essay video about it in English here in YT), as he was a battle rapper. Perhaps, he'll reclaim his imsizmic name as a battle-rapper. With Felip, Josh Cullen, and Pablo giving us punk songs, their UK fans will be happy when they get to do their Europe tour. For me "Tambol(ibang planeta)" (Drum[different/another planet]), is like an inspiration from Childish Gambino's songs. Donald Glover recently said in his recent interview that he's retiring Childish Gambino. I guess, the torch is now passed to those who are inspired by him. From this album, my top 3 are: 1) Tambol 2) Micha 3) Blessed
Oh! I forgot to say my favs.... so hard to rank them ugh I love them all tbh but I think I really really love Butata, Tambol and Micha! It gets me hyped so much!!
I can't believe I missed this video two days ago. I was waiting for your reaction. By the way you should watch and show your reaction to the lyric video of Blessed. That video is so funny. Once again Pablo is toying with us🤣
Pau went wild in Tambol and Micha. Definitely! He’s released the official lyrics for his Laon Album. I’m sure you know about that hahaha his blessed lyric vid is so cute hahahaha I love him to pieces. 😊
This album is a slow burn for me likely because I’m still not over Alon. As his performances trickled out of RUclips (thank you fancam friends) my current faves are Butata and Micha. And thanks for getting on Sarah Cada’s stuff. She’s a very reliable translator, in my opinion ❤. I’ve gone to her and our little group for discussions about Tagalog lyrics.
So it’s not only me that thought “Puyat” kinda sounds like Winner 😅 I just want to say you’re one of my faves because we always think alike 😅☺️ Thank you for another awesome reaction video. I always wait for your uploads because I love your insights. You are so detailed, in-depth, and honest.
Not me waiting for you to react before listening to the whole album. Guess we're both late 😅 PS: Just so you know, you're my emotional support reactor. Whenever they drop these new albums, I get so nervous that I need someone to be nervous with me.
MICHA (some lines) sounds a little bit like “Heroes of Light” SB19 X Farlight which was released last October 2023 while BLESSED (some lines) sounds a little bit like when SB19 cover Chris Brown’s song “Next to You” during one of their 2022 WYAT concerts.😊
16:22 No because Don't Care sounds like it belongs to Lost and Found album of JC haha very punk/pop rock vibe. I can't believe you ranked Tambol as your number 1 haha I thought it would be Butata. My ranking would be: 1. Blessed 2. Butata 3. Micha! 4. Puyat 5. Neumun 6. Don't Care 7. Tambol
I get you so much re curse words... I am no saintly person, in fact my words could realy be nasty NASTY... But I'd prefer that everything I do in public or even see in public is free of swear words... Just because... There are a lot of factors why, really... I can listen to them, ok, but would not choose to on a daily basis... Nah-uh! Hahaha! Pau's frustrations, ok... But anything more nastier..? Maybe occasionally...😂😅😊
I agree. I get that the "boys" are literally men and can have all the freedom they want in expression of their emotions and frustrations. A little bit of swearing here and there in couple songs might be warranted for the genre or message of the song. But to have an abundance of it for almost every song, while there are other words that can express the message better, is I think a bit excessive. Creatively, there are other vocabulary words that can replace some of these curse words that might actually be more punchy/savage. That's why I only listened to 7sins once and I moved on. It's a personal preference, as well, at the end of the day. Not to say it's bad production and whatnot, but it can be too much for the ears if you're not used to that language.
Pablo will be known as a great artist for so many reasons..lyricist, singer, rapper, composer, arranger, poet. 🎉❤🇵🇭 love him!
Pau's lyricism should be thoroughly studied in schools to inspire aspiring composers...he creates masterpiece after masterpiece time and time again...My fave is Blessed

PABLO'S ERA
Yessss you are so right! And that deserves even more respect! It's risky and it's bold and it will pay off 🙏🏽❤️
heyyy hurraira! the lyric videos for laon now have eng subs :)
I feel that ALON+LAON can be a musical because Pau is a great story teller. Opening with La Luna and closing with Micha!
I listen to this album everyday along with Alon but I never get tired. The change of style is so spot on that I never get bored or tired listening to the songs on repeat. The independence they have in managing their own career shows in the kind of output they put out. Pablo is a master producer.

Much like an abstract painter. He makes you feel even if you don't understand fully.
Mine are Micha, gets me off my butt. Blessed, ah I always smile through that whole song and Puyat. Pablo is truly a creative Genius, I swear he can make us feel so many emotions with his music. You are so right about the jukebox musical..that is the most brilliant idea I have heard so far about the 2 albums.
been waiting for your reaction..ty for this..❤.. pablo is really a freaking genius!!! so lucky to be an A’TIN, we have such an awesome leader.😊❤
This album is pure BLISS! This album has become my morning listening, it just gets me so woke for the day! Always, always, grateful on how much you love and appreciate SB19 and each member. Watching with you feels like doing it with a dear friend.
blessed could be a soundtrack for high school musical hehe
Never a dull moment listening to Pablo's songs & even when he's just simply talking? Am hypnotized and cant get enough of him. He's just fantastic ❤
Tambol (ibang planeta) and Micha! were my faves❤
My favoite is Tambol!!!! Out of everything. I was so shocked and began dancing when i first heard it.
I have a smile on my face the whole time im lustening to the whole album.
Tambol is sounds like a church victory song with drums and tambourine with a beautiful dancers, it's my favorite song and micha ❤️
Filipino kids are exposed to music from the 50's to the 2000's. And so, Pablo could have assimilated those sounds and as a musician, he is now compiling all those things.

“Tambol” is still my favorite. It just hits so different.
Same🥰😇
Same!
My bias Pablo❤️❤️❤️
40:15 you're right, there's a Filipino tribal music beat to it.
Lets go Pablo ..Araneta Concert....
blessed one of my fav in the album
First!!!! Finally! Was waiting for you to listen to Laon! ❤

We never missed your reactions Hurr. We love you. You are pure and kind. Hurray. Pablo is just perfect
Puyat & Blessed ❤

Agreee with Tambol. Love that tooo
That's actually what I was thinking. A jukebox musical. Here in the Philippines, there are a number of that here.
PABLO's Tambol (ibang planeta) translates to Drums (from another planet). It's so aptly titled because musically, this track is out of this world. 😂
LAON literally means later, after a while
(kinalaunan)
Deep tagalog 'laon' means old
My first listen to it was something fresh & nostalgic at the same time.
Btw i just learned in korean laon means 'merry'
Pablo's lyricsm & sound always🔥
Thank you for your support ms. H!
Love from 🇵🇭
God bless🤍
Just heard Micha is just as good makes you really move.
mine is Blessed, Micha, Puyat, Butata, Tambol, NewMoon, Dont Care
Big thanks for your love for the SB19 and other Filipino artist. I always look forward to your reactions.
Best wishes for your desire for your country and countrymen.
My number will be Micha, blessed and tambol
I just saw this ❤❤
I'm the proudest whenever I hear people talkin about MJ. I admit, Pablo became my #1 lyricist and solo Ph artist because he reminds me of Mj. But, this 2 albums, wow just wow! He has his very own identity and the talent is mind blowing. Anyway, here's my ranking lol.
Blessed
Micha
Puyat
Neumun
Don't Care
Tambol
Butata
Puyat and Blessed are tied at #1 for me.
My ranking really changes fr time to time! 😊 My favorites to listen to are Micha, blessed and Puyat.
My favorite was Neumun at first but Tambol just grows on me. Everytime I hear it, my heart just feel good.
oh my gosh YOU GOT SERVED! the nostalgiaaa HAHAHAHA
I was able to rank his songs in his ALON album based on my current emotion and experiences but LAON is just a favorite as a whole for me. My favorite song is Neumun but BUTATA is so hype, it's becoming LSS already even in my sleep! Everything "PABLO" is a HIT!

I can imagine it. ALON and LAON in the Royal Albert Hall ❤
🥹🙏🏽
I actually hear MJ in Blessed. Like the tiny clear voice of MJ on Jackson 5. Haaaay
Btw, apparently his family was the one who sang the choir part of the Tambol
Tambol is also surprisingly my favorite in this album. It did remind me of What? as well, how jarring the music is. This is the translation for Tambol=Drum (Ibang Planeta=other planet)
Ha U got served! 😊 Omarion baby
Omarion was IT for me, hehe, the raspy voice, the dance moves 🔥
Micha is my number 1. You gotta love it when Pablo laughs maniacally. Also, it's a really good ending to the album since it's a call to action. Butata and Puyat are tied at number 2, Tambol and Blessed are tied at 3 and Neumoon and Don't Care are tied at number 4.
Tambol really made me go from
“wtf is this song? 🤨🤨🤨” to
“wtf is this song!!!🤩🤯🤪”
On the swear/expletive words usage:
As a poet, I was taught that swear/expletive words are to be treated as 'spice'. We use them sparingly, intentionally, and wisely. We have to know when and where to use them to give a desired outcome.
Further, the lads are youth ambassadors as a group, and not as individuals, so they've got a bit of a loophole here.

1) Tambol
2) Micha
3) Blessed
Oh! I forgot to say my favs.... so hard to rank them ugh I love them all tbh but I think I really really love Butata, Tambol and Micha! It gets me hyped so much!!
he just posted all the lyric videos today 😂 theres no eng subs yet but hopefully you can watch them on your own time!
Blessed is the best one HAHAHAH
My ranked when I first listened to Laon.
1. Butata
2. Neumon
3. Tambol and Micha
I can't believe I missed this video two days ago. I was waiting for your reaction. By the way you should watch and show your reaction to the lyric video of Blessed. That video is so funny. Once again Pablo is toying with us🤣
Finally 👉🏻👈🏻❤🌭💙🫶🏻
Imagine that he only had a month to finish this album with Josue. It’s mindblowing.
Truly! 🤯😵💫
20:21 YASSSS Butata is like my hype song in the morning 😂
You came from other planet
I love Blessed, and I am weirdly into Micha and Tambol hahahha
Micha, Tambol, Butata, Puyat
He just released the official lyrics video yesterday 🌭💙
No English captions yet, though. 🤔
Pau just released the LVs for Laon hahaahahahah you go watch it, H!
watch also Sb19 interview from HITFM. it was a nice interview.
Mitcha 1st & 2nd tambol
Timbol gave me Childish Gambino vibes
So it’s not only me that thought “Puyat” kinda sounds like Winner 😅 I just want to say you’re one of my faves because we always think alike 😅☺️ Thank you for another awesome reaction video. I always wait for your uploads because I love your insights. You are so detailed, in-depth, and honest.
Wish I could share “Don’t Care” with a specific person 😅
Hahahahaha 💀
Not me waiting for you to react before listening to the whole album. Guess we're both late 😅
PS: Just so you know, you're my emotional support reactor.
Oh my, you missed the Blessed lyric video! I hope I can watch your reaction to it 😂
16:22 No because Don't Care sounds like it belongs to Lost and Found album of JC haha very punk/pop rock vibe.
I can't believe you ranked Tambol as your number 1 haha I thought it would be Butata. My ranking would be:
1. Blessed
2. Butata
3. Micha!
4. Puyat
5. Neumun
6. Don't Care
7. Tambol
I get you so much re curse words... I am no saintly person, in fact my words could realy be nasty NASTY... But I'd prefer that everything I do in public or even see in public is free of swear words... Just because... There are a lot of factors why, really... Either because I don't wanna be an example of rebellious attitude to my nephews/nieces or anybody else, nor be a negative influence to someone who could possibly be a blank space (innocent), nor add more negativity to my darkness, etc... i mean it's good to cleanse our nature from time to time...
I don't care beat and song kinda reminds me of Avril Lavigne Skater boi.
Yessss love that song 😍😍
Difficult to rank. Nearly impossible really…..
You came from other planet
