There is a mistake I think 5 divide by 1.833 comes to 2.727 not 4.xx

15:45 agar ram straight debenture purchase karta hai tab bhi use 85 ka interest milega.
Phir wo kyu 900 me kharidega

Kyunki 900 me convertible deb kharidne se use option milega to convert Deb into shares. And ye option non conv Deb kharidne se nhi milega. So, value of convertible deb will always be greater than Val of non conv Deb.
