Got into specialty coffee a few months ago and am enjoying the experience so much. Been doing 1-2 pour overs a day for the last 3 months and having tons of fun. My top 3 coffees of the year were:
PT's Yemen Haraaz Red Mahal Aqeeq
    Kakalove Kenya Embu Gitare AA
Kakalove Ethiopia Washed Shakisso Mormora 74112
My dripper of choice has been the Origami Small and I'm getting an April Brewer in about a week.
Much love Brian and hope the best for the channel this new year. 🙏

The way you talk about coffee makes me so curious about this experience you're having that I know is more enriched than mine. Could you make a video or two that you would have liked to see when you were just getting into coffee? What you liked at first / how you slowly discovered what you like / what you wasted time or money on, or what helped you to appreciate coffee more deeply?

Hey Brian, I love watching your vids and have been a Sey monthly subscriber for the past 1-2 years or so. You mention the Sey Aeropress recipe that they use in the cafe - would you mind sharing what this is? I would love to give it a go… thanks and I look forward to many more vids in 2023!

You could do a livestream where you taste an entire advent calendar. It would require less time then a planned video on the coffees and would be super cool.
Great video as always! I’m currently trying my first coffee from Sey (Kubi). I had some trouble brewing it at first but it’s delicious now that I got it dialed in!

A coffee from the Lamastus family was my coffee of the year in 2020. They make amazing memorable coffees. I have never had a coffee before that I have actually craved the specific coffee before the Panama Lamastus.

Hello, is there any chance you could review the Argos lever espresso machine and compare it to the La Pavoni and the Londinium? It's manufactured in Colorado so it would be cool if you could do an interview with the manufacturer. I don't know if they are doing a 240 voltage for Europe Would be good if they did though.

My favorite was Rogue Wave Colombian Gesha - Anaerobic Washed with Thermal Shock, great espresso and milk drinks (milk strawberry) brought me back to Quic hot chocolate when I was a kid. Tried a coffee that was 720 hours processed and it was awful (salami).
Looking to try more pour-over in 2023, this year had just blah cups.

Unfortunately I purchased a few bags from SEY. A HOT MESS !!!!!! over burnt marks, tons of quakers, most were split wide open with just hollow shells. I had to throw away most beans.. $$$ Totally disappointed. Changing premium prices for S _ _ t !
    Sorry but its the truth.
