Great Idea with the Snapchat scenes... I've been using my snapchat as a separate entity for my vlogs because I hated the vertical footage for my vlogs.. But throwing your Snapchat name Or Snapcode on the side is Genious..... I might be stealing this.. and another thing is your absolutely right about just creating content.. even when its not 100% how you want it... Just keep putting it out.. people will follow and love you!
