Yep, it's equivalent to Grade 10/11/12 in North American terms. And unlike the Western setup where the school year is September-June but people are sorted by calendar year, in Japan it runs April-March and also sorted by April-March (so people born in April are the oldest in their year). This has the side effect of everyone in a given year being on average almost a year older than the same Western year. Looking at our current graduates (Yukina's year), in story terms they're graduating in (March) 2020, thus they were born between April 1 2001 and March 31 2002. In comparison, in NA people born Jan-Dec 2001 graduated in (June) 2019.
