Just a tip from me, i want from u to listen the whole song or at least parts till the song ends not just the first part, in some songs the cool things happen after the first part of the song, thank u for your reaction and for appreciating Romania
We listen to them but we can’t keep the whole song in the video otherwise the video is going to be 1hr long

You guys should consider going to the Subcarpati concert at Electric Castle this year. The audience reaction and singing along is amazing and the band always do a great show. The 2019 concert with Surorile Osoianu ( the Osoianu sisters) was so good!

I'm from Ukraine and I don't understand Romanian, but if you evaluate songs by sound, vibes and production, here's my top:
1 - Subcarpati (This track fucked me up)
2 - Irina Rimes (This is not commerce, there is a great love for music and creativity)

București Underground Mafia used to be very, very good ... but this was about 20 years ago. Their new stuff is not so powerful anymore, they have grown old. And also the Wild East gangster years in Romania are over, fortunately, since people are doing now much better economically ... so automatically the time for Ghetto Rap has passed.

raggae was a huge thing in Romania, in the mid 2000s.
„Adidas” became a common name, equivalent to „sneakers” or „sports shoes” - so „adidașii” means „the sports shoes” :). You can have „adidași Nike” :))). The same goes for „xerox” - a carbon copy (irrespective of the copier it is made on).

It's not manele, it's gipsy music. Manele is about money and girls, and gipsy music is about LITERALLY EVERYTHING. They sing about radiators, food (mamaliga cu sarmale, mamaliga cu carnat, ciocolata cu alune,..) and they are trolling a lot :) The song above is about being a repair man, and if you watch the video, it's about a very stupid repair man😆 it's so funny :)) and they have a lot of those. Another one from Bogdan de la Cluj is "Aragazul" which is a song about a stove, and the gipsy community is happy because they managed to get a stove with a gasoline tank😆 that song was a buster😂 I can recommend you a lot more if you want :)
Pune mana is - put your hand, but in romanian also means "let's go" or "go on, do this or that"😊
