One thing I found out is if your phone isn’t synced to your account, you can’t use your phone to sign in. You have to use your computer for everything. It’s made a mess out of everything, when I tried to change my email address.

All game saves are automatically uploaded to Xbox's cloud storage as long as your connected to the internet, so as long as you have an email tied to your Microsoft account, I don't think it would be deleted. I'm not 100% confident though. Hope this helps!

I don’t think you can do anything cause if you could log in with no phone number or email then basically people can just log in to other people account
