- Out at sunrise for a softbait. Wanted to head out around a reef but the wind comes up so I stay in close. I catch both snapper and travally on softbait and then head home to do a catch and cook with the trevally. I make an amazing trevally sashimi for lunch. Thanks for watching. Enjoy!
Sashimi recipe:
Sauce ingredients:
Soy sauce
Seasme oil
Maple syrup
Wasabi
Fresh ginger
Toppings:
Fresh coriander
Roasted sesame seeds
Method:
Prepare fish
Add all sauce ingredients together (to taste) and mix. Note a used a microplane for the fresh ginger.
pour sauce over fish
top with coriander and sesame seeds
ENJOY!
