Ways to reduce: -
(1) Uninstall all the unnecessary apps on the mobile.
(2) Uninstall all the types of games (delete with information, data and achievement of the game so that even if you install the game again, you have to play from the beginning again).
(3) Uninstall all the types of social apps. And if you can't do that, do not enter every day for 15-20 days or after 1 month, enter once and do all the work (such as uploading photo, video, inviting to Islam and if you want to do any other work) and uninstall after working.
4) Keep mobile data and Wi-Fi off as much as possible.
5) Bring the use of RUclips within the limitation (for example, by clicking on the download option on youtube, download some videos, watch them, turn off mobile data and Wi-Fi).
6) Timely 5 time prayeing Salaah.
7) First of all, there should be a desire to reduce the use of mobile phones.
