I do not understand the concept of just or unjust deaths in fact have hate for even such a concept. It's just death (just as not in justice but as in statement ' it's just a fact' etc), someone like Yuji trying to dictate how the world should work sounds like a god complex to me.
In this context I'm talking about whether killing someone can be just or not. If you kill someone while defending your life, a reasonable person would deem that just. As in you are not guilty of murder and, despite the fact you will likely feel awful, you shouldn't be made to feel bad. This is different than committing murder or killing someone accidentally because you drank and drive. Death is never proper, as Itadori seems to want to figure how to make it, but it can be necessary and sometimes just. This is different than discussing things as the death penalty. I'm getting at Itadori, and other Jujutsu sorcerers, having to come to terms with when they take lives.
