  • Alright! I'm not a teacher and i'm a complete amateur so I gave it my best shot. This covers every riff in the song! I learnt it by ear and by watching them play the song live so it should be pretty close. If you have any questions I'd be happy to help! As always forgive the mistakes . Thanks!
Played on a 1984 BC Rich Bich through a Vox AC30 (two 2x12's with greenbacks) and a Rangemaestro Treble Booster

    Story time:
This is the song that got me into playing guitar, Around when I was 16 (now I am 18) I was in Spotify going through some of my recommendations, I was listening to a little of Led Zeppelin and Queen at the time, mostly 70’s and 80’s rock and Metal, suddenly I found this exact album, It wasn’t really attractive to me, so I said, “Fuck it” I am going to give a try, and holy crap, KIMB changed my life forever!!
Introducing me to mu 2nd favorite band, (Just behind Black Sabbath)
I have been playing for almost 3 years now, I have made a lot of progress but I am not stopping there!!
I have to learn much more!!
    Thank you for this lesson!!

Charlie's Hell Hole dude! Your story is the same as mine! I was 16 with an acoustic guitar, had no idea If I would stick to it or not, taught myself chords, barre chords and all the basics, learned zeppelin songs because I was super into them at the time, although sabbath and Iron Maiden were what I really wanted to play. Finally I had enough money to buy a sweet amp/guitar , but on my playlist it was wake up dead and then it progressed from there. I’ve been playing the same amount learning these tunes!

i was in the exact same shoes as you 10 years ago, KIMB changed my life forever. The guitar work is so nutty and melodic, with that thrash jazz feel. definitely never listened to metal the same after that.

@@orokusaki8291 So many good riffs on this album, it's a pity the original recordings were so badly produced.
But it is really difficult to put everything together as they did. These are challenging pieces to play. Even if in the next albums Dave became stronger in the composition domain the riffs of the first Megadeth records still impress me!
