The map isn't custom lol. You're most probably asking about how they do those effects. Their using Gmod & video editing to make TLW as well so maybe thats the answer to your question
"marco polo" is a game where one player closes his eyes and says "marco". The other players say "polo" and the player who closed his eyes tries to tag them. Because Cortez is blind, the T's thought it would be fun to play Marco Polo with him. Hope that answered your question :)
