HOW-TO: Weeping Angel

This is a DIY tutorial for making the Weeping Angel from Doctor Who!
Costume Materials:
➞ Gray Fabric (2yd)
➞ EVA Foam (I used several 1/4" sheets)
➞ Plastic Weeping Angel Mask (cheap on Amazon)
➞ Wood Planks (I used 1.5" x 4" x 1/2" boards)
➞ Staple Gun
➞ Wire (I used 16 gauge)
➞ Parachute Clips
➞ Nylon Strapping (I used 1.5" wide)
➞ Gray Yarn
➞ Wig Cap
➞ Wig Head or Large Ball
➞ Velcro
➞ Spray Paint (Black, Gray, Light Gray/White)
➞ Acrylic Paint (White, Gray, Black)
➞ Basics: Paintbrush, Hot Glue, Thread, Wood Glue, Dremel, magnets
Makeup Materials
➞ Water-based Primer (I'm using Smashbox, Mehron has it too)
➞ Vibe Water-Based Body Paint (White, Gray, Black)
➞ Snazaroo and Mehron are good options too!
➞ Paintbrushes
➞ Settings Spray (I use Urban Decay)
➞ Setting Powder (Ben Nye or any on Amazon)
