The only way is it get paid vpn like Avast or any other good paid vpns because free vpns are easily detected. (I cant guruntee to work it but the chance is Higher that it will work.

This is not very reccomended, The reason is it will cause so much lag and input lag due to Google Chrome making things lag if your machine is too old.
I have a Windows 7 Machine but it can play Roblox alright.
