      I can't figure why he didn't include that info. The Ctrl key is the Windows equivalent for the Command one. And the Alt key is the Windows equivalent for the Option key.

    Hi - I have done precisely as described - it creates the first ticket 0001 but the 2nd tickets are all also 0001? - I select all and update but nothing happens?. I am running word 2016 ? any suggestions?
