Hi Chris, i know this is an old video, but I have that same mower. I put a new mower deck belt on it but the belt is too loose and keeps jumping off the idler pulley. Would you know how to adjust the mower deck belt?
find a schematic online. make sure you didn't lose a tension spring, check for bent pulley\bearings, proper routing, and make sure its the proper belt.
@@liljammerjakesmith1296 I'd don't do FB. I'll try to answer here. After having the head gasket changed and putting a new belt on I discovered the the mower deck was corroded and the pulley was pulling right off the deck. It is not worth fixing at this point, I'll see if someone want the mower for parts.
