One thing I really appreciate about Leo P. and his playing style - while he can play with so much force and energy, he's always paying close attention to the musicians around him and finding ways to compliment the group. Super star and team player don't always go together, but Leo P. pulls it off.
Consider yourself practiced too. It's not as easy as it seemed at first to do on sax, I haven't been practicing pentatonic scale in chromatic order. Great practice. I'm sorry, Adam I had to play over your solo, I wasn't familiar with the key, I messed it up and I had to repeat the notes before I'll let myself improvise. But seriously, great excersize! Thank you very much.
This was such a sweet transition from one octive to the other and not missing a beat. Left a lot of room actually to do more improvisation adding more cuts recording new parts. This was an outstanding performance by everyone. Hope to hear more. Very smooth. 🎷🎷👏🏻👏🏻
