How to make Cyclops.ISO in sonic pulse (desc)

question how do you save colors in the palettes I've been trying to do that but I couldn't exactly figure it out

There's a pallette button on the color menu, and you have to have the colors you want to use from a character or something, then you press overwrite twice.
