    A doubt actually. Why can't we combine two 1's from the top right corner? It would give ABD' and with ABD already in expression we would have a AB instead. Correct me please if I am wrong.

      @@farzanareefatraha8635 yes you can do it but after getting the function F , when you again simplify the function then that term will reduce due to redundant theorem.

    Thanks Neso academy... You just saved my day todat. I had computer architecture exams today... This combination of 2 1's will imply 1 literal reduced and so on..... I got confused when trying to translate from the k map to the Boolean expression. So I remembered that combining 2 1's imply 1 literal is reduced. It really helped me and saved my day

    Shouldn't the answer for the 2nd box be just D because only D is constant and others are changing. Why do we take bar here and not in the others?

      AB is also contant bud (0,0). bars are taken when a variable value is 0 and when value is 1, no bar is taken

    you forgot to combine the ones in the first row in 11 and 01
    so the answer should've included A'B'C. Otherwise, great video.

      YKZ in the first row, there is no '1' under '01', so I wasn't sure what Y4zeed was talking about, so I assumed he meant the 1's under '11' and '10' in the first row. Being that those 1's are already circled in their own groups, combining them together to form another group would be redundant and your equation wouldn't be fully simplified.

    At 10:04 ,F=CD+(A-)(B-)(D-) +ABC+ABD,so we know ABD+(A-)(B-)(D-)=1. So this will lead ultimate answer to 1.

    Respectfully sir, in pairing 1's in the first group you said that "CD" is not changing ok got that but at the same time in the group "A" is also not changing from up to down in the group and next in the group "B" is also not changing but you have said that only "CD" is not changing.please explain.

    Hello ...I am having a problem solving an exercise. The system gives 1 when the temperature of water is out of this range [20 , 17]°c OR when the volume of water is out of this range [20 , 17 ]L ....the problem is that in some combinations the temperarure is more than 20°c and less than 17°c in the same time ...in this case i don't know what tu put in the Karnaugh Map 1, 0 , x. I hope you can help me with these

      that link is redundant, memorize it like the link between used ends is redundant.

      When making links you should try to make least no. of links and least no. on intersecting links so that it is easy to solve. He intersected the bottom one because there were no options left other than that.
